Karen Sheather and Melanie Hooper provided updates, useful information, advice and are consummate professionals. Falcon collectively went the extra mile to make sure I was happy throughout the whole process.

GoogleThey came around to have a look at the house as arranged. But never give us a value for it. I also went into the office to chase them up but still did not get back to us. I also had another property to value so tried again with this one I rang told them the details but they did not get back to us very disappointing

GoogleThe best agents in the area! I picked Falcon during lock down because of the walk through videos they were doing. They really caught my eye. They marketed my house amazingly. Gave great advice throughout the process and during some quite stressful times, made the effort to help and get the sale back on track. I totally take my hat off to them and I trusted them which has paid off as I sit in my gorgeous new house typing this. I would like to say a specific 'thank you' to Claudia and David in particular who worked their socks off, especially during this challenging time of COVID. I can not recommend Falcon more as a estate agent.

GoogleI bought my house in Plymouth from Falcon Properties and they were extremely helpful at all stages. I was on the phone to them quite a lot and if there was nobody available to help when I called, they always got back to me promptly. Similarly when I emailed them, I never had to wait more than 24 hours for a response. If I find myself selling property in the future, Falcon will be the first agents I will contact.

GoogleMy wife and I originally started looking for properties in Plymouth during summer last year. We’re from Essex originally but were seriously considering to relocate our family here. We had viewings booked with other agents in a particular area and my husband suggested searching outside our preferred post code to see what else was available for our budget. Claudia from Falcon is, without a doubt, the nicest and best estate agent we have dealt with. She has been absolutely incredible throughout the whole process and sold us a house that didn’t even attract us on first appearances (never judge a book by its cover!). We fell in love as soon as we walked through the door and that was that. We put our house in Essex on the market and it sold extremely quickly. However, we were faced with so many complications and eventually made the dramatic decision of switching buyers. My husband kept Claudia updated the whole time and she went above and beyond every single day and making phone calls that our own agent should have made. When our sale did eventually complete (six months after originally selling our house!), we had to send her a bouquet of flowers as a thank you. She is incredible at her job and we couldn’t have gotten through this painfully stressful process without her. Thank you ever so much, Claudia!! You’re amazing and never forget how good you are!

GoogleUsed falcon for a year now, simple moving in process, worked hard to get us in our property, and then have had no issues with them since moving in. No bothering you with inspections every month. and While i've been moving out they have been courteous with plenty of notice for viewings and helped us understand what will be an issue before moving out and being charged through the deposit, will recommend. House prices sem the most reasonable too!

Mark Blank valued our property sensitively and accurately, and listened carefully to us with regard our idea of price. Jennifer and Laura saw the whole process through, and were caring, polite and positive. I cannot recommend Falcon highly enough for anyone who wants to sell their property.

They worked tirelessly to make sure everyone was informed about any change as soon as possible and offered consistent and valuable advice. All the staff were professional and friendly and took a lot of the stress out of the process. I would not hesitate to recommend them and hope that they are there when we decide to move again.

GoogleThis is the worst letting agent I have ever dealt with. The first bad experience from them was when I had to return home from work during the middle of the day and they were doing a surprise inspection in my home. They left us with no keys for the windows, 2 weeks with no electric and 3 weeks with no hot water or heating. I would never recommend having your house in this companies hands and avoid renting out a house off these horrible people.

GoogleI must have spoken to every single estate agency in Plymouth, but Falcon was one of the best. They pick up the phone and when they don't, they actually call you back, staff is friendly and polite and on both viewings they were very accomodating with our availability. Keep doing whatever is that you are doing :)

FacebookWe brought our first property with falcon and always said we would go back to them due to the excellent service. They recently sold a flat for me and our house, I can't state how helpful and professional they where, they kept us informed all the way through of appointments and how the sale was progressing. I recommended them to my friend who was having issues selling her flat and falcon sold for her as well. If I am ever to move again I would 100% use falcon. Excellent, friendly, helpful and they genuinely care.

FacebookI visited Falcon recently in the course of looking for a property to rent; lots of choice, well presented. Office very pleasant and staff extremely friendly (love the free drinks!). I'd gone there after hearing good reports from a friend who'd used them. Ultimately they didnt have what I wanted but their local knowledge and advice came in very useful for what I needed and I'll use them again in the Autumn when I next need to move.
