We cannot speak highly enough of Falcon Properties, they have delivered beyond our expectations from start to finish! Not only did they market our house beautifully, the showings were carried out to a very high standard and aftercare once we had sold was superb! We cannot thank Mark and Claudia enough for all they have done for us, Claudia was our rock with finalising the sale and didn’t stop when it came to liaising with the other agents and solicitors in the chain, she went above and beyond to deliver the results. The communication, presentation, fees and overall package was fantastic and we wouldn’t use anyone else in the future!! Thank you from the bottom of our hearts, I would recommend 100% to anyone!

The sale of our house was in great hands. David guided us through the sale process which was not without problems. The house was sold the same day it was placed on the market. There were a few problems with a less than confident solicitor further down the chain, which delayed things. David was able to employ his vast experience to liaise with all parties to bring about a successful sale. Thanks also to Mark, Mel and Claudia who have great customer service skills and were always able to deal promptly with our many phone calls.

We rented a property through this company and straight after moving in we raised general concerns about the safety of the electric cooker that was present. In a communication sent to the Lettings Director, we asked if the landlords wished to test the cooker and if they were aware of the implications if it proved to be faulty or dangerous. No response was given. This enquiry was followed up with another member of staff who told us that the landlords did not want to test the appliance and that it would only be inspected if it developed a fault. The appliance later failed. It transpired that it had been wired with a piece of 1mm cable, suitable for lighting only. This was unsuitable for wiring an electric cooker. It was plugged into a wall socket, again, this was not suitable. Electrical Safety First stated that this was unsafe, presented a serious potential fire risk and showed a total lack of regard for tenant safety. The matter was reported to Trading Standards, who had to remind the agent of the regulations, in this case, General Product Safety Regulations (2005). A formal complaint was made and raised with both The Property Ombudsman and Propertymark, both of whom concluded that the agent had failed to provide the correct safety certification (EICR) before letting. We were told throughout the complaints process that the landlords had commissioned an electrical survey and that identified remedial works had been carried out. The contractor in question confirmed in writing that no survey was carried out and as such no remedial works were identified. It took a year into the complaints process before it was stated by the agent that an employee would have been expected to carry out necessary checks prior to letting, but in this instance, apparently, they did not.

Falcon Properties showed immense patience and professionalism during the sale of my mum's retirement flat in Plymouth. Through long delays due to circumstances beyond my control, they managed to keep a buyer who could have easily pulled out. I think it was one of the longest sale processes to completion they had ever had (around 11 months). I spoke with Karen to book a viewing. She sent a very passive aggressive email saying I took two hours to reply so I couldn't have the requested time slot. I understand it's first come first serve. However there is no need to be rude. Some people have jobs that don't allow them to look at their phones. I wouldn't recommend dealing with Falcon properties due to her unprofessionalism.

Bought our first house through Falcon Properties. They really did live up to the stereotype of estate agents being untrustworthy. I felt very disappointed reading some of the other reviews about sales going well and professionalism - I feel like I got the B-team on my sale. The original sales consultant we agreed the offer with was removed from our case due to sending an unprofessional email. We were mislead about the house not being in a chain that they confirmed in an email to secure our offer. When it surfaced that they lied - this lead to many costly delays after already doing the necessary searches and solicitor fees for the property - much to their and their client’s gain. This has been a very educational experience for myself and my advice would be to document everything and pressure the estate agent to work fast as they lose motivation fast as money start being exchanged. Very little professional accountability to their work. Remember as a buyer the estate agent represents the seller, they do not represent your interest and would take any opportunity to squeeze more money out of you. I wouldn’t be able to pull stunts like this in my line of work as I would be dismissed, and such dishonesty and sleaze would cost me my job. I would urge caution to future buyers who go through Falcon Properties. Very disappointed, this could have been far smoother, efficient and cheaper. I would not recommend to friends and family.

You get what you pay for and with falcon you get everything and more. When buying are house with my wife late last year we used falcon and we wouldn’t look back. Always open and happy to answer any questions that we had on our property. Honestly faultless procedure from start to finish. And to give it a 5 star review is unflattering to them as they go above and beyond for their customers and it should be more then a 5 star rating. Although a small company I would recommend using these over a big company as they treat you as their own. Will be hopefully using this company for many years to come.
