GoogleI must have spoken to every single estate agency in Plymouth, but Falcon was one of the best. They pick up the phone and when they don't, they actually call you back, staff is friendly and polite and on both viewings they were very accomodating with our availability. Keep doing whatever is that you are doing :)

GoogleI would highly recommend Falcon. The staff were amazing from start to the end of the process. Nothing was too much trouble and they always answered any questions i may have had. Due to fantastic advertising and the sales team the house sold super quick. Buying and selling houses can be the most stressful time but the Falcon team made the process very stress free. Thankyou

Google(LETTINGS) Terrible customer care, they care more about ensuring themselves and the landlord have money coming in than they do about any issues within the property. Never showed up to any of the ‘maintenance checks’ they were supposed to. Avoid at all costs if possible
