GoogleThe worst service I have ever had. They kept holding my end of tenancy deposit for one month. Finally they deducted 260£ Claiming it is for the costs of cleaning the flat. The thing is I left it clean and they took this huge amount of money for nothing. Never trust them. Swindlers!!
Dear Farah, we are sorry to hear that you have been disappointed with our service. Regretfully both ourselves and the landlord were very disappointed with the way in which you left/abandoned the property. As you are aware we had to clear your belongings as well as clean the property. You gave authorisation for this after photographic evidence was provided to you. The deposit protection service is in place to ensure that all parties are happy with the final outcome and money cannot be held/swindled without your permission. Your accusation of swindlers has been passed on to our legal department. Kind regards Belvoir!

GoogleHave rented from Belvoir twice and cannot recommend them enough. Currently with Belvoir for the second time. The first time I left because I wanted a bigger space and had no problems when I moved out with deposit etc. When I moved back into one of their properties they were so welcoming and couldn't do enough for me to make the move easy. The staff are so friendly and efficient. Brilliant letting agents, and I say that as a housing worker.

Google(We stopped renting from them a year ago) Absolutely horrific. Horrible. I would never recommend it to anyone. We rented a house with them for 4 years, when we moved in the oven was filthy as hell, the fridge had MOLD in it, the carpets looked like they've never been changed. Whenever anything would break they would definitely take their time to fix it. We waited for 3 MONTHS to get a new dishwasher, which came with the house yet the woman played stupid and said that the dishwasher didn't come with the house- well clearly it did because they ended up getting us a new one. Basically, to conclude how bad they were with fixing things we preferred to buy a new washing machine when theirs broke because we couldn't be bothered to wait for ages before they fix it or buy a new one. They took a hefty deposit of £850, which we obviously wanted back after we decided to move out of the house. Kids lived in the house and so did animals for 3 years so obviously the house would have to get carpets changed. When the lovely representative came in to check on the house before we moved out, told us the few things we'd have to do and that wed definitely get our deposit back, if we did them, because the house was definitely not in a horrible state. I will emphasise again that the woman has told us that we will get our deposit back and if not all of it most of it. Guess what? we didn't get any of it back and she said later that words like this have never left her mouth and she told us things that contradicted EVERYTHING that she told us before. They will lie just to not give you any money back. HONESTLY AVOID the agency.

GoogleI would strongly recommend this office to anyone buying or selling. The whole team were friendly, competent and totally professional in everything they did for us. Jessica took details and photos, Jennifer arranged viewings and Cheryl found us a buyer and kept us informed throughout the sale process, the admin staff always took messages and made sure calls and queries were dealt with promptly and calls returned. We could not ask for a better service, thank you to everyone.
