When it comes to renting privately These estate agents since COVID discriminate people more than they've ever done,but they do it cleverly. I have no respect in them whatsoever, and some of them really think they are somebody when they're not, they're just stuck up estate agents. They play by their own rulebook. I know this from somebody who works on the inside. Somebody that's not on the dole, but who is mentally ill with mental health issues,won't even get a chance of renting a property because in their rule book you're not working. Somebody in that situation is more stable to pay rent than somebody who is working.

Belvoir are proactive in ensuring that any issues with my property are resolved, always making sure that everything is resolved swiftly for my tenants if, for example, a replacement appliance is needed.
