I would like to express my sincere thanks to David-Charles & Co. Uk Estate Agents ,Pinner, middlesex for the excellent way in which they have handled the sale of my flat. Their customer care and pure professionalism are of the highest quality. Spoke to the person who answered the call & found the attitude to be a problem rather than the house. He actually used words like, if you say the garden is too small then you will wasting our time! I am a cash buyer, but not for David charles any more. You badly need good courteous sales people. Never ever seen such a rude professional in the industry. Good luck.NegativeProfessionalism

We bought a property recently in Pinner using David Charles. Hiran and Warren have been amazing in getting the deal done especially after the issues reported with L3 survey. They have also been very kind in arranging multiple visits to the property before the completion. This allowed us to show the property to multiple builders and get the refurb work started immediately after receiving the keys. Highly recommend them.

Thank you for everything. As first time buyers in a chain purchase, we had plenty of queries that the team at David Charles very patiently resolved, providing assurances and guidance all along. We’re pleased with the professionalism and customer service we received by Warren and team and would definitely highly recommend them. Thank you, team DC!

Warren and Hiran have been brilliant through the course of our 12 month plus property search. Their passion for customer service and providing a local/personal experience shines through. , The experience of a senior member of the team showing us the property and being able to address all of our questions and not rushing the viewing really stands them out from the competition. We found them a pleasure to deal with, proactive, transparent and available and we were able to secure our dream house through them. Were we to buy or sell further properties we would absolutely use their services - they would be our first port of call.

Excellent service throughout: realistic advice on price (not ‘optimistic’ to get business, then reducing, like some agents); well-presented and informative brochure and advertisements; thorough vetting of prospective buyers (to reduce no-hope viewings) with viewings accompanied by well briefed staff; timely and effective assistance in progressing sale when purchaser’s solicitor was being inefficient.PositiveResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism, Value

Simeon at David Charles promised to sell our house, and indeed he did. Despite some ups and downs, he managed to get it over the line. He communicated very well with us throughout the process, and also worked well with the agents for our onward purchase, ensuring we were always in the loop with what was going on.

Having tried a few times before to sell my flat at unfavourable market conditions I went back to the David Charles team and they promptly delivered the right result. A consistent level of high quality work which included good communication and regular updates - something that I had not received from other agents. All requests catered for promptly. Nothing was beyond scope. Hiran worked very hard to get me the right buyer and I would not hesitate to instruct him and the team in the future or recommend them.PositiveResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism, Value

If you are looking for the best estate agent then go no further. David Charles has been absolutely outstanding, they were professional swift, honest and maintained the most professionalism throughout. When dealing with our slightly complicated personal circumstances they were able to ensure that all parties were informed throughout. They set realistic expectations and understood the market conditions, the local and surrounding areas and the important timelines. Dealing with Claudio, Warren and Hiran couldn’t be better - equally excellent were the support team and viewing advisors too - thank you so much JackiePositiveResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism, Value

We would like to thank the “three gentlemen” at David Charles, Warren, Claudio and Hiron for the way in which they supported us in the sale and purchase of our properties. At all times they were professional and cooperative in keeping us up to date throughout the lengthy journey towards exchange and completion, and this was extremely reassuring. It was a pleasure dealing with them. We were always greeted with a friendly, patient and mature response to our numerous calls and visits to the business, and there were many of those!!
