GoogleWe chose David Charles to sell my mother's house in Pinner due to their professionalism and traditional values. They were extremely knowledgeable about their market. They also worked tirelessly to get the buyers in place and hold the chain together, even though there was a delay (not of Daivd Charles making I add). Their persistence and care was a great reassurance and they certainly earned and deserved their commission. Thank you very much To Warren, Hiran and the whole team.

GoogleThey don't contact the landlords with my offer. I found the landlords myself, made them the offer, they were happy with it, we done the documents, BUT they had no idea that I tried to reach out to them through David Charles

GoogleAbsolutely amazing service received from Claudio at David Charles. I was looking to purchase a property and had very specific requirements. Claudio was available to let me view the property as many times as i requested ( which was a lot of times) at all different times of the day. He was not pushy at all and let me take my time in making decisions. Even after the offer was accepted, Claudio kept in touch with myself, and my solicitors very regularly to ensure that the sale went through in a timely manner and always kept me up to date as to where we were. He explained everything in detail to me. I felt very comfortable in contacting Claudio at any time and he always got back. David Charles really is an agency that cares about people's needs, regardless of whether you are buying or selling. In my experience they are not pushy or forceful at all, unlike other Estate Agents i have used in the past. I would definitely use them again and especially Claudio as he really is fantastic! Thanks to them i now have a beautiful home!

GoogleWe wanted to let a property through David Charles and asked if they would take responsibility for bringing the property to the level ready for letting. They agreed and brought in a builder/decorator they considered competent. Five months after the work was supposed to have been completed there were problems that they were unable to get the builder to resolve. The quality of what had been carried out was poor. We are left out of pocket for the period we should have been receiving rent and for the cost of remedying the remaining defects and bringing the property up the required standard. RESPONSE TO OWNER'S COMMENTS We asked if you would take responsibility for getting the flat ready to let. Based on your response the answer should have been no but unfortunately you said yes. Our understanding that you were taking responsibility was reinforced by the quotes all going to David Charles and then to us.
Dear Brian, We only recommend the builder as he has done a good job at a previous property we let. We would never take responsibility for another companies work. I am disappointed that you had a bad experience with the builder and wish you all the best for the future.

GoogleDavid Charles are superb estate agents; they really did offer an extremely personalised service following an unsuccessful contract with one of the larger more ‘corporate’ Pinner Estate agents who were sadly just unable to deliver. David Charles took ownership of the sale of our unique and period property, they researched and took note of numerous details and conveyed these effectively to viewers. They were very honest, open and efficient and provided excellent communication means that were clear and on point without the multiple and often unnecessary ‘harassing’ phone calls that other estate agents often engage in! We were just so pleased with how the sale was handled so professionally and not only that, but Claudio managed to get us our full asking price! If a personal and sensible service is what you are looking for then David Charles is by far the best estate agent in Pinner, we couldn’t recommend them enough! GoogleDavid Charles are an excellent estate agent. I was looking for an agent that would be thorough in getting my sale over the line, and they certainly were. I had regular updates without having to chase, and I was confident that everything was being handled in-house by experienced professionals. I believe it is better to use an agent who is not part of a local or national chain of offices, as you are more likely to get a better service.

GoogleWe had to sell during poor market conditions and had a rather difficult buyer. Warren worked very hard to get us a good price and ensure the sale went through smoothly. Warren and his team went out of their way to manage the buyers' demands to make sure all parties were happy. David Charles provides the extra touches and are very professional and efficient.
