We were almost tempted to go with a cheaper agent but went with Homes and glad we did. Estate Agents tend to get a bad press. Homes are an exception, indeed their service is exceptional. I felt listened to and was given sensible guidance with no over promising. During the process I was kept informed at every stage. I never had to ask what was happening. Arrangements for viewings and questions were managed efficiently and without fuss. We had a very good experience purchasing our home through Homes Estate Agents in Petersfield in 2012 and so naturally returned to them when it was recently time to move. Charlie, Ollie and the team are all experienced, knowledgeable and helpful with a friendly, positive attitude. They were wonderful at keeping us involved and informed every step of the way. Nothing seemed too much trouble and there was always someone to communicate with if we needed to. A huge thank you to Olesia Turkot who went above and beyond to make the potentially difficult process of downsizing a pleasant one. Also Ollie Williams whose knowledge of the market and understanding of our requirements, then found us the perfect house on his books, which we now own! Homes at Homes Petersfield offered my wife and I a world class service. They were always on the end of the phone, keeping us updated and helping us with the entire process of moving home. The process was a bit of a bumpy one (through no fault of Homes), yet throughout the team at Homes were understanding, polite and helpful. Simon was fantastic at showing us round properties and taking time to answer our questions. Ollie worked closely with us when things weren't great, and kindly helped us make the right choices when we were stuck. Last but not least, Karen was a hero throughout! She dealt with our difficult situation with professionalism and gave us the feeling she was always there for us.
