During the process I was kept informed at every stage. I never had to ask what was happening. Arrangements for viewings and questions were managed efficiently and without fuss. We recently purchased our dream home in Clanfield through Homes Estate Agents. Even in these crazy times, Homes Estate kept us sane. Tina was there for us every step of the way. There can be a lot of emails/questions from solicitors and surveyors but Tina was always on the other end of the phone answering our calls and making sense of it all. We had a very good experience purchasing our home through Homes Estate Agents in Petersfield in 2012 and so naturally returned to them when it was recently time to move. Charlie, Ollie and the team are all experienced, knowledgeable and helpful with a friendly, positive attitude. They were wonderful at keeping us involved and informed every step of the way. Nothing seemed too much trouble and there was always someone to communicate with if we needed to. A huge thank you to Olesia Turkot who went above and beyond to make the potentially difficult process of downsizing a pleasant one. Also Ollie Williams whose knowledge of the market and understanding of our requirements, then found us the perfect house on his books, which we now own! Homes at Homes Petersfield offered my wife and I a world class service. They were always on the end of the phone, keeping us updated and helping us with the entire process of moving home. The process was a bit of a bumpy one (through no fault of Homes), yet throughout the team at Homes were understanding, polite and helpful. Simon was fantastic at showing us round properties and taking time to answer our questions. Ollie worked closely with us when things weren't great, and kindly helped us make the right choices when we were stuck. Last but not least, Karen was a hero throughout! She dealt with our difficult situation with professionalism and gave us the feeling she was always there for us. I have used other estate agents before and a lot of the time they came with no information or knowledge of the property, but this was not the case of my experience with Homes. They clearly make sure their employees turn up to the property knowing the house and willing to help find the right home. I had been in contact with Olesia from the Petersfield branch for over a year and she has shown me a number of properties.
