GoogleVery good agency. Hard working, reliable and friendly team - Aidan and Jake particularly. In a strong market many agents are complacent but not the case with these guys!
Thanks so much Elliot, We are pleased to have helped secure your move!

GoogleHaving recently sold my flat through Homes estate agents of Petersfield, I only have great things to say about them . I had a difficult sale but homes worked so hard to push it through for me when even I thought it might not happen . Thanks Homes , and even more Tina , you where amazing thank you .

GoogleFantastic service from the start. Despite a very complicated set of challenges the patience, diligence, pragmatism and tenacity of the Sales Progressor - Tina - was the difference between this sale (and purchase) actually happening. We do not know what we would have done without her, I'm certain that there must be a "raise" in the pipeline for Tina ;) Would not have happened without her. Thank you very much for all your hard work.PositiveProfessionalism

GoogleWe recently used Homes in Petersfield to market and sell our property. Our first contact was Ollie Williams the branch manager who carried out the initial valuation. We found him extremely helpful, very knowledgeable and most enthusiastic. This service continued from day one to the completion of the sale. We received regular updates and progress reports from him and all the wonderful team in Petersfield. Excellent customer service, we highly recommend Homes and would definitely use their expertise again.

GoogleHomes found me a rental that I fell in love with and was living in within a month! They were super quick and efficient with paperwork (especially over the busy Christmas period) and I know I can call if I ever have a problem. They are friendly, approachable and understanding and made what I thought was going to be a hectic and stressful move, very easy and worry free! Thank you homes 🏡

GoogleSold our home through Homes this year. What's most valuable about their service is the effort they make to push a sale through once it's been agreed, sticking right with you til it's all done.

GoogleHomes really helped us out with a transaction recently, talking us through multiple ways to approach an issue we had and being very patient. We also found them very responsive to last minute requests for viewings. Kudos to Charles and Olesia who we remembered particularly from the whole team, thank you!PositiveResponsiveness

GooglePhoned them yesterday to ask about my tenancy agreement and I had the most rudest man ever, and he put the phone down on me. Highly professional (not) nothing but awful customer service and still Waiting an update which as of yet still hasn’t happened. Would not use.

GoogleAlways got feedback on viewings on my house quickly. Great team down there who chased various parties on the house I was buying to keep things moving along. I'd definitely sell my house with Homes next time we move

GoogleThe team at homes provided a great experience when selling my home. The marketing they did for the house was brilliant, the team were polite, efficient and kept in constant contact. I would recommend them and use them myself again.

GoogleSearch engine is not user friendly. Recent houses put up for sale are not evident on the site until many days after the sales board is placed outside the property.
Where the same review appears twice we show it once. We leave out reviews that name another agent or another of the brand's offices.
