Worst Service ever!- Would have rated 0 if that was an option! I had a viewing arranged at a place an hour from where I live. Agent confirmed appointment was still on an hour before but when I got there the agent was not their and the office confirmed no appointment had been made :( Pattinson owe me money for fuel!!!

GoogleWell to be extremely honest , from the beginning in meeting James the valuer,and putting the house on the market with the peterlee branch Leon took over and with the girls help to, They all have been extremely professional in all the work and calls they have done for me. House sold in less than 1 hour on after being put on the market, top class photos and detailed honestly. Leon has kept me updated from day one. Any problems sorted instantly in a true professional way. If your thinking of selling .buying or even renting .look no further than this team.. You won't find better in country durham. GoogleEveryone in the office very nice and polite and friendly but sometimes, tbh, all of the time getting a callback was like getting blood from a stone, I was the one calling and chasing up, promised callbacks every single time and never got them. That being said everything went through fine in the end with our purchase. I think 3 stars is a fair rating. Would have been 5 stars if communication hadn't been so bad. JWWood we're an absolutely fabulous estate agent. Always called back when promised.

GoogleEva at the Peterlee branch was very diligent and responsive handling the sale of my property. She kept in regular contact with my buyer and assisted them in completion of the purchasing documentation ensuring the sale kept a good rate of progression. All other staff members who I was in contact with were also friendly and helpful. I went for the all inclusive package which was competitive in cost and included solicitor fee's. I would highly recommend and use again.

Poor, you don't double check an agent by phoning and checking everything is ok then spend hundreds of pounds on a hotel in full,for them to tell you 10 minutes later circumstances have changed.. "no what you mean is you and your team don't speak which has now become my problem and its off the market..." NO PROBLEM IM £300 IN THE RED DUE TO YOUR DISORGANISATION......

Absolutely abysmal. No floor plan and then forgot to place the property onto the 3 biggest property websites. Then tried to turn it around by doing what we asked but if they did all the relevant things in the first place why would anybody need to leave a poor review

You would think its fairly easy to arrange viewings wouldn't you. Definitely not with these clowns. Tried to arrange 2 viewings this week. Total and complete amateurs.They adopt the approach of:"Why communicate in one email when we can do it with maximum confusion multiple emails and phone calls...."I've a good mind to write to the property owners to advise them as to what kind of sh/1t-shower they have engaged with.....
