GoogleJames & the team were superb, very very helpful and patient. My property was on the market for at least 4 times as I wasn't happy with the offers I got and James always assured me that he will only recommend a sale once he's satisfied that the offer he received was the best and he was absolutely correct. I would recommend this estate agent over anyone else on the market as I have tried some of the "biggest & most established" estate agents and was very disappointed. Once again thanks to Wilson & Co, they got me a better offer than I was hoping for and I couldn't be more satisfied.

GoogleWe had struggled to sell our home during the pandemic. Along came Wilson’s with a new proactive client centred approach and it flew off the shelf fairly soon. The difference is quality customer care at all levels. Staff are all well briefed and phones answered fast. The literature was superb and we felt that the modern and professional approach of staff led well by Dan Wilson should be widely applauded. Nothing is too much trouble for all of the staff at every level and most importantly they are easy to contact when you need them. The brochure they produced to market our house was really impressive and no doubt helped achieve the sale. Cannot recommend them highly enough.

GoogleWe recently used Wilson & Co. to sell our house. It was a very easy & effortless process, where I was kept fully up to date at every point in the process. I didn't have to chase them as they are very pro-active & communicative in their approach. I felt like I was in expert hands & trusted them; they didn't let me down! Our house had several offers & sold within about a week, & we were offered the full asking price?! A tremendous effort! This Estate Agent will make time for you, to help & advise you; & they make you feel valued. They are very hot on marketing strategies & know how to use social media to it's fullest potential. They also keep prospective buyers details on their books, so, like us, you might end up with interested parties before your house even goes up for sale. They will give you an honest & fair appraisal of your property, so you can get the best price possible, within the quickest timescale. Nobody wants a house sitting on the market for months, frankly this prospect scared me. Thankfully, as I said above, it sold within about a week. I have used Estate Agents before & I've got to say that Wilson & Co. represents a gold standard. I was very happy to pay their commission, as I really felt like they earnt the money. They made the whole process seem so easy & effortless, they also worked very hard, which helped to elevate stress at our end. They are very passionate about what they do. My advice is, you've tried the rest, now try the best - in Peterborough! It's an A+ from us, highly recommended! We wouldn't hesitate to use them again & recommend them to anybody! GoogleWilson & Co’s marketing and attention to detail is second to none. The detailing they go into with regards to the quality of photography and general advertising is far superior than anything I’ve seen before. Their ability to not only produce outstanding details, but to communicate with me throughout the whole process makes them stand out above the rest. They’re a breath of fresh air and you need to trust in their process because it works!

GoogleI had a great experience with using Wilson & co for the purchase of a house. I had previously had a terrible experience with a larger estate agency in Peterborough which had affected my trust in the profession. However, I was relieved to find that James, Jo and the team were professional, honest and communicative throughout. I would not hesitate to recommend them or use their services again.

GoogleEstate agents as a rule generally get a bad rep, Wilson & Co. are the exceptions to that rule. From start to finish they were excellent. At the first meeting with James they came across as different to the norm, a company that really cares about you and throughout our house move they did. Would I use Wilson & Co. again, absolutely, would I recommend them, absolutely.

GoogleWilson and Co were the best agent I have used. Second to none. They were very professional, personal , always available night or day. I particularly liked the whatsapp group as a relly easy way to keep in touch. They found me a buyer and throughout the procedure kept me up to date at least once a week without fail.
