Dreadfull describes them very well, from Start to finish They have a good reputation in the area hence our reason to go with them to sell our house But this reputation is very mis-placed Josh Hurford, who seemingly runs the business is inept at best and leads his team very well from this point of view They were poor throughout and also most threatening when we made the decision to pull the house off the market from them. Indeed charge you if you do pull off Best advice would honestly be for you to go with someone else and avoid th disappointment that we have suffered They're very poor also at taking feedback They, in no way offer a "professional" service Delighted to no longer have to deal with or be associated with them Trevor P

GoogleExcellent service from Howard (mortgage advisor) who got us an amazing deal on a mortgage and even improved on it when we went back to sign up for it as he had just kept searching for the right deal for us. All done very quickly but thoroughly and professionally. Hurfords are extremely professional and are not just in it for the sale. They GENUINELY want to get the best service for you and the right deal. Joe (negotiator) is also very approachable and professional. He really knows his stuff and is not pushy in any way. All backed up by amazing and personal sales support. Very happy and I would wholeheartedly and confidently recommend them (and have done in more than one occasion).

I purchased my first property in Peterborough and I can say that I was impressed with Grace McDermott and the whole team for their support and helping me through the process and even negotiating with the vendor. I also recommend their internal mortgage broker Samuel Roy worth giving him a shout!

GoogleThis is the second property I have sold through Hurfords and I have been most pleased with the service so far. I have always been cautious when approaching estate agents, however this is not your typical 'jack-the-lad' team. These guys have really upped their games over the past couple of years with professional photography, account managers and I even had regular communication from a lovely business relationship lady, which really sealed the deal. Thanks guys.

GoogleWhat a dreadful experience! During the 8 months Hurfords took trying to sell my house, four of the team responsible for selling my house left the business. 50% of the arranged viewings were a no-show and the owner of the business ignores emails and fails to follow up on complaints. The most recent member of the Castor team dealing with my sale has lied to me repeatedly and the latest sale wasn't qualified resulting in the property going back to market for a third time. With the exception of Sandy, the team at Castor really are to be avoided if you want to sell your property. Despite all the Hurfords boards seen across the City, from my experience and talking with others, Hurfords completion rate really is very disappointing.

GoogleWe are purchasing a house through the agency. Whilst the initial meeting (showing us the property) was positive, the subsequent experience was generally very poor. So far I found the sales manager Tony G (1) not responsive to emails (2) poor in the follow ups. Additionally, he showed very little respect for other people's time which is really lack of professionalism. I should recommend NOT using their service based on this experience.
