GoogleTried to book a viewing twice for a property in Wansford. Spoke to someone last Monday who said they’d call me back but didn’t. I called again on Wednesday, explained what had happened earlier in the week, and was told I’d get a call back that afternoon, but again, no call. Both people I spoke to were polite, but it’s been frustrating not to have had a response. I’ve also found it often takes a few calls before someone answers.

GoogleRight from the onset of our journey with Hurfords, Helen and Suzy have been amazing. Suzy initially showed us around our new home and made the whole experience fun, informative and personal. Helen's support and guidance has been outstanding. She consistently went above and beyond to assist us. Both the ladies are a credit to Hurfords and great ambassadors for the company. GoogleWe had the pleasure of using Ashley Kneebone for the mortgage of our new home. He was so helpful and made sure we understood everything and answered all our questions, which were many! He helped us navigate the purchase of our property during which could have otherwise been a very stressful time to purchase a property. Would definitely recommend Ashley and will be using his services when needed in the future!!

GoogleExtremely impressed by the service that we have received from Hurfords in Castor. We have been in our current home for 22 years, but have been guided through the sales process efficiently and professionally. In particular Helen has gone out of her way to assist us for which we are very grateful. Excellent service. We would definitely recommend.

From Grace's first valuation visit to the final conversation on key handover to Helen, every interaction has been the perfect mix of professional and friendly. GoogleI have no complaints! I found a house which was being marketed by Hurfords which seemingly I loved and that I thought would suit my family before our now previous house was even on the market! Within a couple of days mine was also up for sale with these guys. We set a 2 week deadline for an open house due to the fact that we already knew what we wanted. We had some interest before this day although it was the open house day where we eventually found our buyer. My initial contact was through Josh who was extremely optimistic regarding the sale of my now previous property. I then had most of my communication with Helen, Sandy and Linzi who I will add that I can not speak highly enough for! These girls are outstanding. The sale and purchase had the usual couple of delays. I was fortunate that we was not involved in a big chain. The team did their upmost when these delays occurred and once we finally completed 6 weeks ago I felt that they really were happy for my family and I which I think is a great touch!
