GoogleHomesabout are professional and at the same time have a good human touch. They help you in all better ways and always been in touch for all your queries. I am very much satisfied with their service. Within 5 working days we got house and along with inventory. Adhering to all COVID rules & regulations of social distancing they completed all processing within very less time as compared to others. I recommend homesabout for fast, easy and safe home move.PositiveResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism, Value

GoogleI have used Homesabout a few times now and they have always been excellent in every respect. I am particularly impressed by the way that they always respond so quickly, keep you updated and chase things down the chain to make sure things run smoothly and quickly. Basel and his staff are friendly and professional. I Would definitely recommend them over a larger chain as the smaller personal touch was so beneficial.PositiveResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism, Value

GoogleWe used Homesabout to sell our property in late 2009 and we were very pleased with the level of support and customer service they gave us. Nothing was too much trouble and they kept us updated throughout the entire selling process. Having used other Peterborough Estate Agents in the past we were blown away with such a professional and personal service. Homesabout set the standard for selling - highly recomended!!!

GoogleVery slow at repairs (if done at all), don't inform landlords about existing problems. Try to cheat on deposit return.
Agent replied · 24 October 2024
This review is very disappointing, we at Homesabout do all we can to let Landlords know about any maintenance issues and pride ourselves on our quick response times, however sometimes things go wrong. It is not possible to withhold any monies from your deposit without your permission, deposits here are logged with the DPS and they will mediate if an agreement cannot be made on the full return.. Your comments concern us and if you call the office on 01733 558800 to discuss how we can improve our service we would love to talk to you. :)
