I would like to say how impressed have been with the service provided by Amy Shearing at Haarts in Peterborough. She has dealt with our property for a couple of years now and has always been so efficient. Emails are answered quickly, questions answered thoroughly and things dealt with speedily. Luke, Ash & Brad have been absolutely fantastic, nothing is too much trouble. Every little detail was catered too from the first meeting to every viewing. They bent over backwards on several occasions to help us and really went the extra mile. I was really pleased with the support provided by Haarts Estate and Letting Agents, Peterborough. They were very professional and patient with all my queries and concern I had . They made sure that all the procedures before the move in were well explained to me and provided support in each and every step of my moving in to the new property. Since it was my first time over in a new country, Daniel helped me clarify each and every questions patiently (even though some of my queries could have been silly !). Kevin and the lettings team at Haart Peterborough have been amazing. They are professional and dedicated to doing the right thing for tenants and landlords. I would recommend them to everyone. They have managed two properties for me in the Spalding area and I’ve been really impressed with how simple and easy the process has been. We went with the fully managed option and it’s taken a huge weight of our minds that the tenants and properties are being well looked after. Kevin recently found us a new tenant and he gave a comprehensive view of each applicant and gave unbiased details so we could make an informed decision with which tenant to go with. If you are looking for a new lettings agents, don’t hesitate and go with Haart. You won’t regret it.

Ben Scarborough and Kevin Cooper really helped me to resolve my property issue with unbelievable patience and level of dedication. I have seen them working during bank holidays and they have responded to my emails within 5 min. This proves that they posses exceptional customer relationship management qualities. Most letting agents I have contacted seem to have the attitude that they will find soomeone to rent a property "eventually" so do little or nothing to help applicants. Haart in Peterborough are the exception! From discussing the landlords requirements, arranging a mutally convenient viewing time, guiding us through the application process to simply being as engaged and helpful as they could possibly be, Amy and Kev in particular seem to have had MY interests at "Haart" as much as those of their client! In a nutshell, Landlords, USE HAART as they will give you the very best service by HELPING your potential, suitable, tenants rent your property and prospective Tenants, USE HAART as they will help YOU to find the right place for you!
