GoogleHi Lorna (White), just wanted to say a huge thank you from myself and the rest of the family for the advice, support and guidance you have given over the last few months. What should have been a straightforward sale became quite complicated and you became a key person in keeping us all up to date and informed. Calls and emails were answered immediately which reassured us and showed your commitment to the process. Your role was so important to keeping all parties in the chain happy and moving in the right direction. I am sure you made lots of calls behind the scenes that had an impact, resolving some tricky moments and we are very grateful. Not only did you provide a professional service but you were also very understanding at times of stress and pressure and made us feel confident that we would get there. Thank you from all of us.
