So my expectations were “here we go again” but my experience using Bee Residential to sell my house was surprisingly relaxed. Lisa came over & I instantly felt I was in safe hands. GoogleIf I had an option to leave zero stars then I would but unfortunately you have to give this company 1 star just to leave a review......anyway, I'm just thankful that I don't have to rent from Bee Residential, my friend currently does and his experience of them leaves a lot to be desired....reported repairs get ignored, the house is in an awful state, there are health and safety issues in the property that still haven't been dealt with....i visited the house in question with another friend and he thought, stood looking at it from the outside, that it was an abandoned property. I feel sorry for my friend who has to live there. To be constantly banging your head against a brick wall when it comes to trying to get anything done and have a much needed improvement in the standard of living is highly depressing to say the least and completely uncalled for. Having seen what my friend has experienced so far I would steer clear of this company.

Lisa and Mandy are super professional and handled everything very well. Not only were they very organised and passionate about what they do, but they demonstrated how much they cared about our sale and our property in every step of the house selling process.
It is also clear from the way they treated us, our cares and our concerns, that they have a lot of experience and know what they are doing; they don't try to sell you their vision, they help yours come to life in a way that is tenfold better than expected.
Could not have asked for better agents - these ladies are the number one for property in Peterborough, and we strongly recommend them!

Thank you for your feedback. Unfortunately not everyone will pass the referencing criteria, We rely on honest applications for the process to succeed. We tried to work with you on the application discrepancies, however could not make it pass. I can also confirm that whilst we were with in our rights to pass the holding deposit to the landlord, we refunded in full as a gesture of good will so Bee Residential have not profited from this application.
