When arranging viewings, they always took time out to check that I was not inconvenienced and followed up with regular communications whether it was email or text. Also, after each viewing, feedback was provided and as a team, they were brilliant. GoogleRoom was dirty , lady was rude and lied to me on several occasions . No temperature control in bedroom as they were not working , took three weeks to replace microwave . When it was replaced they left the old one there to clutter the house even more , poor internet between six people , said cleaner every week . Never saw any cleaner in my month there . Poor water pressure in en-suite but fine in kitchen , this means water was restricted in those areas as was inclusive with bills. Kitchen was filthy and not enough crockery and cutlery .( there were 2 coffee cups for the whole house ) . Was given one shelf in cupboard and fridge but others had 2 whole cupboards to themselves . I have lived in many house shares and these are by far the worst I have lived in . Do not use them is my advice .

GoogleThese are the worse letting agents I've had to deal with in my life. They knowingly rented me a room infested with bed bugs, then try to blame me for the infestation and eventually it took them months to deal with it (during which time I wasn't able to stay in the room) I refused to pay rent for the period property was unliveable. Once it was fixed I resumed payment but now they served me with eviction notice for rent arrears that I have for the period that I wasn't living there. They are completely incompetent and I would advise to AVOID THEM AT ALL COSTS!!!

Thank you for your comments. From my understanding the viewing didn't take place as you were not complying with our Covid regulations which are in place to safe guard you and other tenants in the house along with the staff member who attended. All tenants have to be referenced, hence questions in relation to income and affordability, as a company we do not wish to put a tenant in a situation that arrears could build up, sadly we are not always able to help. We hope you found a suitable property.

GoogleI rented a room with an en-suite, it was OK, however when ever there were issues, in the house with tenants having party's or being inconsiderate, they were not helpful, and would send a generic text to everyone, which did not resolve anything.
When viewing the room I was told it was a clean and professional property, with parking, there were a lot of issues with this as it was not as explained, once I had moved in.
The house had a big turn over with tenants, it was OK for six months I suppose.
Having to pay an exit fee, for just looking around the room and handing the keys back is crazy, when I was paying £550per month which included the rental of the garage for storage of my belongings.
