There are just not enough words to describe how fabulous this company actually is. Lisa and her team are truly amazing and go out of their way to ensure that viewings, sales and purchases all go without a hitch. It's not just about the sales or purchase either you will get help and support with all the paperwork that needs to be completed and will be put in touch with other related services. Lisa and her team were able to get my house on the market on the Monday and have it sold by lunchtime on the Thursday of the same week. They are honest, reliable and incredibly knowledgeable. Bee Residential were very helpful through out the whole process of us selling our house, we couldn’t have asked for a better Estate Agent they had a very caring nature to help ensure their customers were well looked after. My Review is as a buyer. We first met Mandy in what became our new house, she had agreed to meet us in the evening as I needed to travel back from London, this was the first sign that we were dealing with an Estate Agent that went above and beyond. Mandy was always on hand for us when we had silly questions, was able to recommend workmen to do some pre-purchase inspections and checks, and much to her credit was able to make us feel really comfortable as a buyer. You hear a lot of negative things about estate agents, and after our experience with Mandy I can honest say there was not one thing that we would change about her. Bright, friendly, confident and competent - we would definitely use Mandy to sell our house if we ever moved. Thanks Mandy - for everything you did to make this an easy experience - all the best in future.

We purchased through Bee Residential. I can't speak highly enough about them whenever I contacted them they were on it straightaway. It actually felt we were their number one client. From the initial viewing of the property to the purchase they helped whenever and wherever they could. Lisa was a pleasure to deal with. She was/is not what you expect from a stereotypical estate agent. In fact she is not even in the same league. She is very much premier league whilst the others we have dealt with are league one at best. There is no pushy sales technique, no pressure to make an offer. Our experience was so much better with Bee Residential as part of it, than our experience of national chains. The one disappointment was that we can only give 5 stars.

After 7 months of stress and a chain collapse midway through, Bee made sure that we got it over the line. I feel we can confidently say that we had "worst case scenario" throughout most of our moving journey but yet Leyna made sure she kept talking to everyone in the chain so we knew exactly what was going on. We also had some help from Lisa & Eve who were also amazing in what they do. It was a rough journey but glad we did it with Bee Residnetial and not anywhere else, wouldn't definitely recommend 👍

This time around i had Leyna who has kept me up to date with the transaction from start to finish. We also found the rates was excellent compared to other agents. Both Lisa & Leyna are very professional on every aspect. There aren’t enough stars to express my gratitude and appreciation for what Lisa and the team achieved. I had my property listed with a nation wide agency for months .. during which time I was becoming fearful that I would never get a decent offer. However within 3 days of being listed with Bee Residential I had multiple offers Above! the asking price. Lisa has been 100% committed through the entire process assisting at all times getting the paperwork delivered in person when needed pertaining to my solicitor. As well as regular updates and staying in touch with the solicitors on all fronts. Always a phone call away. As a result .. sale to completion happened in record time. Well where do I start.. Not knowing what to expect, I decided to put my property up for sale to release some funds, I was put in contact with Lisa and her team at 'Bee Residential' as I've never sold a property before I really didn't know how's things went on.. Lisa came out and pointed me in the right direction, pointing out a couple of things for me to address to get the best price ...they organized an open house sale on the Friday and Saturday and by Monday had accepted a firm offer on my behalf which I was very happy with. Lisa also organized and appointed a solicitor (victoria) to act on my behalf.. 12 weeks later it's all done..money's in the bank.. Can't believe it was that easy.. I highly recommend Bee Lettings. The property I stayed in on Broadway in Peterborough was of a high standard and the value for money was excellent, given the central location. The staff are all incredibly friendly and any issues were dealt with very promptly. Communications for any scheduled maintenance were brilliant so everybody was aware of what was happening and when.

What a pleasure doing business with the staff at Bee Residential. After I had 3 other companies value my home I received a leaflet through my door and thought maybe it's a sign. I called up and invited them to my home. Karl popped over to value my home, he was very friendly, really informative and very professional. I decided straight after that I would use Bee Residential and Karl came back to take pictures. Soon enough the listing went live on all the major sites and we had a huge amount of interest. Alisa came over to show potential buyers my home and on the first day we had 7 viewers booked in, 5 of who made an offer which 4 of them were full asking price. We proceeded with one of the buyers, Alisa was on top of everything. Towards exchange I was stressed (as most people are) and I popped in to the office, Lisa told me not to worry, we had a good chat and was on top of all the comms between everyone. Really helped put me at ease. Big thank you to everyone at Bee Residential! P. S.
