GoogleAbsolutely Brilliant.. my property was only with you for one day after being on the market for 164 days and we had a viewing..that person and myself have agreed a sale so thanks to Lola Fantom and the team everything is looking good. Lola herself was so polite and professional she also was prompt with all her calls I would definitely recommend using your firm and especially Lola Fantom

I have given feedback already. Rob is a nice guy but feels inexperienced as I had to keep asking him question to ask potential buyers or with offers that should be obvious.The main issue I have was it seemed to be me that chased to get answers , very little proactive replies.I asked for help with the portal, never got it.Not Rob , but a friend of a friend wanted view & called the right move number , but no answer & message said send a text but she was calling from a landline. Good job she had my number so contacted me. How any others could have been missed ?Again not Rob, but I explained I could not do viewings as I moved away plus had an operation and could not drive. This meant a real lack of flexibility re viewings & there were 2 or 3 cancelled viewings & the delay could easily have contributed.I have now sold at a price at the bottom end of a low range & all the initial conversations were I could expect the upper end.Overall not a good experience & I have sold many house over the years so have a lot of agents to compare with. I would not use again.

Avoid this company like the plague. Absolutely dreadful to deal with. Had my property advertised with them for over a year and a half and had very little support, viewings, and interest. Anderson Bailey is someone who can only be described as a bully. Firstly I raised the issue on the first week that their system wasn't working and showing me any info on my property listings. This was never fixed (this was raised with them a number of times). Secondly, I asked for advertisement boards to be sent so that I can place this outside the property. This again was never sent. Something I asked at least a dozen times for during the 1.5 year period. Thirdly, I mentioned continuously that anyone coming to view the property had not been informed of the number. Anderson (I kid you not) said that they weren't informed of the property number for security reasons. An excuse which is laughable however he always had an excuse or silly comment for his lack of effort. Fourthly, when asking to remove my property from the market, Anderson completely ignored my emails. This company will promise you the world and deliver very little / nothing. Only thing this company has done has wasted an opportunity window for me to sell and wasted money on having to get a new home report done. This is a company which I do not expect to be trading into the next decade. I would never recommend this company to anyone.

TrustpilotGlorified call centre Completely true but they deleted the review instead of dealing with
Glorified call centre. Tried to book a viewing several times and had to chase them. They took my details twice and then then tried me to look at rental properties rather than sale. Had no local knowledge or any knowledge of the property. Finally got in and liked the property so offered. Didn't ask me any questions or do any checks. I had to chase them for an answer and they never confirmed to me the offer was even submitted in writing. While waiting another property came on so I bought that through a proper agent. When discussing with them, they told me I should have been financially checked and by law should have had my offer confirmed in writing. Glad I didn't buy through them, if they can't get their own laws right and do what they are supposed to for their seller what chance would I have had as a buyer. No contact for 8 months then they have the cheek to email me asking to value my new home. No service, expertise or safeguards to follow law. Lost their customer a sale (it ended up going on with a traditional agent 2 months later and selling). If you want a service, choose a local expert, not this call centre.

After putting in a great sales pitch with promises of vetted potential buys that they asured were in a position to buy this turned out to be untrue.

Whilst the initial contact wit Sam was really good; she was very enthusiastic and felt she could get a very good price for our property and assured us all viewings would be vetted/proceedable. Things went downhill from the minute the advert went live. We had a couple of viewings, neither of which were proceedable when I raised this I was told that was my fault for accepting automated viewing requests. We were advised to bracket our property in significantly lower brackets which only served to attract buyers who could not afford the property and devalue our property. We never had a sale board erected despite this being in the contract and requesting one on multiple occasions. We had the opportunity to part exchange our property and things spiraled downwards from here, immediately our part exchange value was devalued due to the bracket we had been advertised at (minus £20k), we were told we would need to pay 1.5% fee as we were leaving the contract 2 weeks early. I agreed to keep the property until the end of the contract and managed to negotiate our part exchange on this basis. I was then offered the opportunity to ‘serve my notice in silence’ and ‘remove any viewings during this time’ which in effect removed my property from the market, showing it as available to buy but not accepting any interest, which effectively sat us in limbo for 2weeks and has delayed our part exchange for absolutely no reason. When the 2weeks were up and I asked for the property to be removed I was told the fees would still apply as we had part exchanged during the time we were under contract and the legal team would be in touch with us. Stay clear, the sales pitch is good and it looks like the higher fees are worth the ‘added value’ but in effect they aren’t and there is no added value to Express.

Worst estate agents. Booked in for a property viewing today and also called to confirm that the property viewing was going ahead on that day, only to turn up and there was nobody at the house. I then attempted to call the estate agents numerous times from numerous phones but they kept declining the calls. They had clearly gone home at 3PM. I would advise to stay away from these estate agents as they are clearly not competent enough to book a viewing, let alone complete a sale. Amelya was the estate agent I was dealing with for reference. Very unprofessional to make a potential customer travel an hour and a half to view a property and not be around/available to handle any issues.

We called them twice asking to view a property on Rightmove and were ignored. I then emailed them twice and someone did call me back to say they would contact the vendor and let us know. That was nearly 3 weeks ago. Needless to say, we never got to see the property. No surprise this house has been on the market for nearly 4 months if people cant even get in to view it.

Awful estate agents to deal with. They never get back to you. You can't get through to them on the phone. Never do what you ask of them. Completely useless! Use a local estate agents not these guys! I've dealt with Richard who is just pointless, he couldn't care less, sounds half a sleep most of the time and the never rings back. Bet they like the pay check at the end tho!
