We met Jessica when she came to our house and found her a very pleasant person, easy to talk to and we loved the photographs she had taken during the appointment. We have recently sold our property through A&C and couldn’t fault the entire process. Stephen, Alison and rest of the team all worked together to provide us with a first class service. They coordinated everything from their initial visit to familiarise themselves with our house, arranging the photographs- big thank you to Mike Dow and Janet - and scheduling the viewings. They followed up with all the viewers afterwards for feedback.The additional benefit of working with A&C was the sound and reassuring legal advice, guidance and support through the whole process and on to conveyancing. Having all these services in-house meant no delays or any details “lost in translation “. I felt that the whole firm cared about us and our home and that I could call them anytime with any questions. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them.

We used the Dyce branch and cannot recommend them highly enough. From the first point of contact until the sale went through, the staff were there guiding us through the whole process. Everything carried out was done promptly and professionally and the office were there with any answers we required. We were fortunate enough to receive an offer 4 hours after the house went on the market and I do believe thats down to the efficiency of marketing by Aberdein Considine and keeping jn touch with known interested parties.

They went above and beyond on a few occasions to help us navigate bumps in the road with our prospective buyer. I had sacked my previous lawyer after an horrendous conveyancing situation left me homeless. I reached out to Aberdein Considine and told them what happened. I was worried sick and they literally made every problem go away with zero effort from me which is a drastic contrast to my last solicitor who I payed a fortune for and did most of the leg work. I worked with Stevie, Danielle and Claire who were simply on the ball throughout and gave me brilliant advice when I needed it. Saw things coming and sorted it. Couldn't be more happier with their service and my experience. I won't work with anyone else!

My family and I have used Stephen and his team several times in the past so I had no hesitation in using their services again. I contacted Aberdein Considine for support on two legal matters to do with property ownership and was referred to Alannah Russell. I had no real understanding of the legislation applicable to either of my areas of concern. From the outset Alannah had a friendly and very professional approach; taking time to explain the processes and standards involved and promptly providing quotes for both jobs. These quotes proved to be reliably accurate and were a great help to me in planning the necessary expenditures. Throughout the whole exercise Alannah was readily contactable and prompt to respond via email and telephone. Nothing to her was too much trouble, which all added to the high quality of customer care that I experienced. I fully recommend her and mainly because of her, Aberdein Considine for friendly, professional service with transparent and reliable costings.

We had used AC in 2017 to sell a flat and were very impressed with their efficiency. Due to the increase in mortgage rates, we decided to sell a second flat. We had no hesitation in contacting AC again. We felt quite comfortable that the flat sale was in safe hands. Matt came out and surveyed the flat, and again we felt quite comfortable that we had used the right company. The photographs were amazing. The flat sold within a day. The additional benefit of using AC was everything could be done under one roof. Jade was our solicitor and was extremely attentive, answering emails/enquiries very promptly. Selling is a stressful business and it was an added benefit to know that Jade was "on it" and we never doubted her efficiency. So much so, that we even recommended Jade to our son. We also dealt with a AC trainee solicitor (Taylor), who is also worthy of a mention. She was also very efficient and extremely helpful. Did what we asked, when we asked!

Aberdein Considine Byres Rd Team were fantastic to deal with. Matt came out to value my mums property a year before it actually went up for sale. His approach was very professional and put me at ease. I received a monthly call from both him and staff to see if I was ready to put on market. Due to this level of commitment I decided there could not be any other agent that I could use and was not disappointed. I ended up having 2 properties to sell at same time and Jennifer was excellent at updating and reassuring me at every step. Solicitor Jade Kinninmont had a very difficult job on her hands as many parties to be dealt with at same time. She handling this very professionally and very good communication which is obviously very important. Zoe from Legal Team was also very good and again very patient and efficient. I have recommended AC to others and they are have been delighted with service too.

The end-to-end service, from initial mortgage advice, offer to seller, to finalising our legal contract and key handling, the team in AC - legal (Ruairidh), Purchase negotiator/branch manager (Jordan) and mortgage advisor (Krysia) were all very supportive, friendly and professional with great quality of customer service. They made our purchase hassle-free by sharing everything that we needed to know as first-time buyers. They followed up on each stage of our purchase and kept us informed, making it feel less overwhelming with all the admin involved in the property purchase. Karen was great help in helping me find my first time buyer mortgage and then a remortgage. We have sought the services of Aberdein Considine on a number of occasions over many years and have always been happy with the results. Most recently we approached Gary Ross almost a year ago to help us with a property matter elsewhere in Scotland. Unfortunately we could not progress this matter due to external issues and things became protracted, difficult and more than a bit stressful. Through the good offices of Mr Ross and Campbell, the matter was eventually concluded to our satisfaction. These matters were resolved with professionalism, patience and a focus on securing the best outcome for us. We continued working with Mr Ross and team to purchase a new property, which was straight forward and concluded timeously. We are currently working with Mr Ross and the wider team in Inverurie to sell our current home. We have met and communicated with Jessica, Ross and Calum, all of whom continue to present as professional, courteous and personable. We also have E mail contact from other team members whose contact is of an equally high standard. We have no hesitation in recommending the team in the Inverurie office and appreciate the ongoing service they continue to provide for us.

I approached Aberdein Considine last year with a view of selling my house explaining I had a tenant not paying rent and that I was having to evict her. Matt came out had a look and then kept in touch with me to see what my position was like. After evicting the tenant in February Matt Munday came back and got things rolling very quickly. I found them AC very efficient, Jennifer Bryce kept me informed re viewings, the photographer they used was very professional. My house sold within 2 weeks so I’m very relieved I can move on with my life. Thank you.
