We had previously had a purchase fall through just before completion so were understanding wary but Charlie immediately put us both at ease with his clear and speedy communication. He kept us updated through the whole process, often updating us out of hours and clearly also had a good relationship with the seller as they responded to any queries quickly.

I would thoroughly recommend using Jones & Associates if you are moving house. We did with our move from Littleworth, Worcester and our agent was Lee Kloos . Lee supported us from the moment we asked for a valuation right through to moving in to our new property. She is an expert in the whole selling/buying process which resulted in us getting a sale within 3 days above the asking price. Lee is an excellent communicator and made sure we were in the loop at all times as well as being available to answer any questions we had. We didn't feel under any real stress during the move and this was solely down to Lee and her support. Couldn't have asked for any more!

It’s uncommon for a buyer to sing praises for a seller’s estate agent but we did this throughout our purchase process. Lee Kloos was absolutely amazing, we were kept updated on the sellers position throughout and chased the parties throughout the chain. We had a long chain and it wasn’t easy but we genuinely believe that if it wasn’t for Lee we wouldn’t have completed for atleast another month.
