FacebookWe purchased a property through Robert’s & co and moved in last week. Even from the viewing stage they were the best agents when it came to details with decent paper packs to read through. After we decided to make an offer and purchase the property they checked in every week and kept us up to date with everything. A special thankyou to Julie who handled our deal, so easy to talk to and was on the case all the time. The only mistake we made was not selling our house with Robert’s & co! Jonny and Hayley

GoogleWill and the team have been great from start to finish, Will gave us his honest thoughts and opinions and never wanted to rush anything. he always found a solution when we had a bump in the road and once we were in the all clear to go ahead with our mortgage application he would not stop giving his continuous support and advice. The rest of the team Julie, Sharon and Mandy were fantastic through the buying process and made it smooth as possible. We never had to chase for updates as they already provided them before we got the chance to pick up our phones. Everyone has commented on how fast our buying process was and this couldn’t be achieved without Robert’s and Co. 10/10

GoogleNeeded some help with moving to Preston as am looking for a flat for a year and 2, and had some help from a lady called Verity, who helped show me what was available and how the rental process works etc and timelines for moving. Thanks for her assistance, don’t leave reviews often but she asked nicely haha.

Prior to listing the house, we had 3 market appraisals conducted by various Estate Agents and instantly knew that we wanted Roberts & Co to handle the sale of our property. Right from the start they were so positive about what our property offered and knew exactly how to focus the marketing based on the property's strengths. They valued the property at a realistic price rather than looking to under value for a quick result and achieved a sale within a matter of weeks at the full asking price. We received weekly updates, comprehensive feedback on all viewings and they were always available when called upon to guide us through the sales process. They handled all our viewings and liaised with both sets of solicitors in order to keep the process moving. The whole process was completely stress free thanks to their professionalism and I would like to offer personal thanks to Adam & Sharon for looking after us so well. You were amazing.
