Brendan and his team were friendly and helpful, responsive and professional. They helped us to sell our property quickly, and then supported the conveyancing process to completion. We can't recommend them highly enough.

David - as you said from the outset you wanted to complete our story and you certainly achieved that. GoogleThey came on Wednesday to do a valuation. So unprofessional the guy turned up in scruffy jeans was in my house for tens minutes asked very few questions and offered very little back about the service they offer . PFK were fantastic spent a good hour taking notes about the house and telling and asking questions. So very poor if I could give zero stars I would.

GoogleFrom being unable to erect a For Sale board in a timely and secure manner; incorrectly locating our property on the online map; failing to respond to telephone calls and e-mails asking for advice; posting that the EPC certificate had not been provided (it had); broken promises regarding communication with us; adverse publicity in the press using none of the updated photographs we had provided...In short, at no stage did we have the impression that David Britton Estates were doing any work on our behalf. They were disinterested and incompetent throughout. After 5 months, and one viewing, we had had enough. A phone call from Mr Britton to acknowledge this abject lack of professionalism and to apologise for it was appreciated, but frankly, too little too late.

GoogleFrom start to finish, including viewings of properties through to exchange of contracts, David Britton Estates was completely professional and most importantly, incredibly friendly. Having driven over 350 miles to view properties, it was so welcoming to be greeted by such a friendly and knowledgeable agent. Following successfully placing an offer on a property, the after sales was exceptional. We were kept informed of all updates throughout the entire process. We feel they went above and beyond as we were also given advice on local schools for enrolment of our children following relocation. In summary, we feel so fortunate to have purchased our new home through David Britton Estates and would highly recommend them.

GoogleExperience as buyers. Very poor, no knowledge of the property we were shown around, unable to answer a single question we asked (e.g which were the allocated parking spaces/how many, and various other questions). No offer to find out the answers and get back to us. Then when we went to put an offer in, discovered we had been completely misled and they would only pass on offers if people were in a proceed-able position. Complete waste of our time, and then essentially accused us of lying to get the viewing. Yet we have viewed multiple properties with them, and always answer the questions asked when booking re our position. It wouldn’t exactly do us any favours not to considering the distance we have to travel to view properties. What an utter waste of our time and money because they are not clear about their policies. I only hope the vendors are aware.
