GoogleThe property we purchased was through Mallinsons and the support we received throughout was amazing! When our solicitor was being slow Mell stepped up and went above and beyond for us which we are forever grateful!

GoogleIt was very long year for lots of reasons! The house sold very quickly and we had very good support from Mell and then later on from Alex. The 4 stars are because we feel some aspects of communication could have been improved with better and more timely calls.

GoogleUnfortunately had dealings with this poor excuse of an estate agent. Would avoid at all costs, my offers were not taken seriously, no replies to correspondence, rude and patronising. If you want a professional service avoid these jokers. Unfortunately 0 stars not an option.
Good Afternoon could you please kindly contact our office as we haven’t dealt with anyone by your name in the last few months from our records. We try our absolute best to provide the best possible service to all our clients and your review is out of character for us. Many Thanks Ben

GoogleAbsolutely shocking service whilst trying to buy a house. I’m surprised at how many good reviews there are on here as we’ve been messed around and passed between agents from start to finish. Majority of communication was through email and even text messages, with agents refusing to answer our calls and communicate with us. We were told many things that weren’t true and we’re lied to in the process. Feel very blindsided by this company and I wouldn’t recommend buying a house through them to anyone.

GoogleAbsolutely disgusting service and a complete lack of transparency regarding made offers. Unreliable company, waste of time, rude attitude, they don't give a chance to buy a house. Avoid by all means!
Thank you for your review, when a property is popular with lots of potential buyers we ask for best offers by a set time, this we did on this property and your offer was not accepted. You then increased your offer again after the deadline. The offer that had been accepted by our seller of the property rejected your offer again as he was happy with the offer he had verbally accepted. We have no malice towards you and wish you all the best in your search for your new home.
