Can’t thank Ben and his team enough for everything they have done as it’s not been an easy ride. From the first time we met, Ben has been on hand whenever we needed him, we’ve had Daily check in’s, took every bit of pressure off us, professional service, fantastic communication, ran around to get paperwork sorted and overall excellent service! Not that we are but if we were we wouldn’t look to use any other estate agent! thanks for our welcome bubbles and goodies 🥂

From the first valuation visit to the point of completion on our sale, the service we received from Ben and his team was fantastic. Ben went over and above to make the process stress free. Communication was excellent throughout and Ben dealt with any issues that came up quickly and calmly and always came up with a solution. I cannot recommend Mallinson and Co highly enough and will not hesitate to use them again in the future.

We purchased our house through Mallinson. Aimee was very diligent in getting back to us when we had queries. Lovely (and unexpected) welcome pack on collection of keys!

We would strongly recommend Mallinson & Co. From our first interaction it was a very professional service. They answered any questions we had and were on hand to support with the more challenging aspects of selling and buying. Compared with some of the more established local competitors their attitude was far more positive and we felt valued as customers. We used them based on local recommendations and they did not disappoint.

Ben and his colleagues were great from start to finish! Ben valued the house within 24 hours of contacting him and it was marketed within a couple of days and sold a couple of days after that. Everything was so easy and straightforward and Ben and his team were lovely and friendly and offered lots of help and advice along the way. I’ve already recommended them to everyone I know! Thanks guys!

A very professional company. Ben gave me confidence from.the start , he is knowledgeable, experienced, and the house was presented beautifully. The supporting staff members were very helpful and always very pleasant. Selling your home can be stressful and fraught but Mallinsons certainly smoothed the way and a successful sale resulted

After what turned out to be a nightmare of problems with our house move, Mel at Mallinson gave us the best customer experience you’d want during a difficult period of time. She was very responsive and would constantly take time to reassure us. Thank you for giving us the best experience and we got there in the end with the move!

We’ve used Mallinsons and I have to say they’ve been brill. We had a very difficult sale and had 5 attempts at selling. Mel and Aimee must have been pulling their hair out at times 🤣🤣 But they stuck at it and we won in the end. I feel they’ve become friends. Rest assured if you use them they will certainly take very good care of you. 10/10 👍👍💥

The staff were great, very helpful, and kept in touch via email and phone throughout the sale (and post sale, which was very nice). Slight issue finding the entrance to the premises, which is tucked behind the back of the street, but other than that, great service all round. They even gave us a little house warming hamper, which was a lovely touch. Would highly recommend!

Great service from Mallinsons and very satisfied. Communication was great particularly at the later stages of the deal. If I have a criticism it is that the office is so busy I could not always contact the manager.

Our house was on the market with another agent for 6 months prior to us joining Mallinson and Co. They sold it in a matter of weeks at very close to the price that we wanted. A very professional and progressive company with really helpful staff. Would highly recommend them.
