FacebookI find the customer service with Lancaster’s very poor and at best very rude Recently had a booking to view a property turned up at booked time just to be told that the landlord 1/2 an hour after the booked time. I phoned the office and they said that it was booked for 11.30 not 11 and was very rude about it After past experiences of letting through them I wouldn’t touch touch them. Seam to forget that we are the customer

FacebookThe service, if you could call it that, was particularly poor, not only did they let me know the agent turn up nearly half an hour later, there was a viewing arranged for two parties at the same time (as if to pressure to apply and pay up?) but also the agent had virtually no knowledge on the property. In addition when I've went to the office to try and ask about other properties I've got treated nearly like a criminal just because I've stated my dissatisfaction with the service provided so far. Definitely do not recommend. I find it entirely unacceptable to have no manners at all when dealing with customers and no way of dealing with a customer complaint other than telling them to leave the office.

FacebookWe have just moved back to this area and are new to Lancasters. All 3 of the ladies we have dealt with (Alex, Lesley and Alyson) have been lovey, very professional and helpful! We have had no problems and all the initial process was straight forward. We was kept updated throughout all of the checks via telephone and email. We have now been in our property for a month and feel we have 100% made the right decision choosing Lancasters Propery Services! Thanks ladies, Jess, Darren and baby Ernie!

FacebookContacted twice by web page link and received a phone call from them 5 days later (Wednesday)but he refused me a viewing for a property as we had not sold ours. Had an offer on ours (Saturday) contacted them again to view the same property and arranged to meet them on the Saturday 10am but sure enough still sat there at 10.30 no one turned up so of home we went. Do you really want to sell these houses or is it to much trouble for you.

FacebookHave sent numerous messages asking about a house up for rental on Honeywell grove that’s been up for rent since April but still, no one has contacted me. If this was my house, I wouldn’t be happy.

You have both made a very stressful few months just disappear into nothing by giving us keys to our wonderful new home, and making it as pleasant and easy as possible. FacebookEveryone at Lancasters, thankyou so much for your help when we bought our house! From day one, there was no pressure when viewing, the office staff also bend over backwards to help. Sue helped out some much with our mortgage, every bit of paperwork, every meltdown (on our part) absolutely blown away with the service we received. Thankyou again everyone!

FacebookHave used Lancasters for about 5 years now to rent out a property I own. Have to say that the people dealing with it are exceptional, really friendly and dealt with getting someone into my property in about 10 days from it becoming empty. Would definitely recommend them to anyone with a property to rent.

FacebookStill waiting for a report was told would be done nearly 2 weeks ago. Numerous chases have achieved nothing and can't be bothered to reply to e-mails. EDIT - if you write a bad review they will mention it to you at their office in front of colleagues. Very unprofessional!
