Moved into our new house in Huddersfield, the site manager has been top class. We had a couple of issues that have been rectified straight away. Build quality has been good and no major issues or delays with completion . The sales team gave us updates here and there sometimes hard to get hold of but overall it’s been a good experience

The move-in date was delayed a few months however this was due to covid and brexit reasons and probably couldn’t be helped. Other than this I had excellent help from the site manager and deputy and everything I asked for and more was sorted by them, they were very helpful and made moving into my first house very easy!

THE WORST EXPERIENCE POSSIBLE YOU REALLY MUST AVOID AT ALL COSTS REALLY NICE UNTIL YOU EXCHANGE CONTRACTS AND THEN THEY TREAT YOU LIKE DIRT WATCH OUT FOR CATH AS EVERY WORD SHE SPEAKS IS A LIE CANT MISS HER SMALL PLUMP LADY WORKS IN THE SALES OFFICE AT CARLTON IN LINDRICK SITE

I've just moved into an Avant property on the Prince's Point development (Pontefract). The quality of the build is outstanding and the support from the sales team (Sam Eisen) and site team (Paul & Andy) has been incredible - both pre and post sale.I've purchased new build properties previously and no other experience has lived up to Avant Homes - I would 100% recommend to anyone!

Joke of a housing company! Promised so much but don’t deliver! It would be bad enough that they decide not to cut grass areas / pave roads and paths / build promised amenities…but we pay a premium for this service!!“Not our fault”…get used to hearing that plus other excuses!!

Roads and paths still not finished at Barley Gate Quater,1 year after the last house was built and SIX years after the first house was finished. Not acceptable children tripping over man hole covers on paths and cars getting punchers with the state of the roads but you don’t give a dam do you AVANT.

We bought at Highstonehall in Hamilton and moved in at the start of December. Colina our sales agent was attentive, helpful and friendly throughout the process. The house is lovely and the initial round of snagging attended to quickly. Stevie and William the site manager and assistant have been excellent. Well done Avant.

5 years Iv been In my home, countless faults, threatening behaviour from site managers and still 5 years in the roads aren’t finished. 5 years!!!! I’d like to bill avant for my popped tyres but they can’t fix what they’re legally meant to.

Didn’t feel we were really given much information, other than keep calling back in and checking to see if the plot we are interested in has had its prices released. But with it been further in the development you can’t promise anything! Feel it was a wasted journey.

Horrific customer service. Nobody bothered to reply to our early enquiries regarding a viewing. Once they did pick up the phone, they stayed mute on the other end of the line. Engaged with the chat function of their website only to have the conversation cut short after complaining. What on earth is going on here?Would’ve been a 0/5 if possible. Avoid at all costs.

Please do not buy a property from Avant Homes. Once these people have your money you wont hear from them. the after sales service is almost non existent. and if you want to see the the disgusting and extremely dangerous state the site is left in after the last house has been sold just come along to morisse fields Avant develoment in moulton northampton and see for yourself... UNBELIEVABLE.
