GoogleDespite ringing upto confirm booking made to view a rental property , where the stupid estate agent failed to inform the current tenant as she had no idea when we turned up on the door , and no sign of the estate agent . Complete waste of time & when called the office the arrogant manager was of no help . So not profesional . Total time wasters so pls be aware to use their agency

Hi Natasha, This matter has been investigated over the last few days and after speaking to the staff in the office as well as the tenants living at the premises I believe there was a communication error with you and your partner as your partner was the person who was booked in originally and no contact was made with you. You are correct in saying a member of the team confirmed your appointment as this is part of our company procedure. The reason why no-one managed to make the appointment on the day is because unfortunately the person who had an appointment at a different premises prior to your viewing was late and then over-ran on their appointment. As soon as it became clear that there was a time delay and that this staff member could not attend your viewing they phoned the office and let the team know who in turn let the tenant living at the premises you were due to view know that a staff member could not make the appointment and they agreed to show the property themselves. This same staff member than rang and let your partner know that it would be a direct viewing. Further more on the same day another applicant viewed the property directly the same way you did and loved the premises and is actually proceeding with this property and didn't have any complaints or issues with communications. In summary, I apologise if you feel that messages weren't passed on correctly or as they should have been however after investing it seems there may have been communication issues on your end as no other party including the other applicants who viewed on the same day 15 minutes after you and the current tenants had any issues. We are happy to continue sending you properties if you are still looking for somewhere to rent. If you have any queries in the meantime please do not hesitate to contact us. It was my first time renting out my property which is a scary experience but she made me feel so comfortable at all times and completely understood my needs. GoogleWorst experience in my life They’re are scam,they trying to take your deposit and never give to you house, Don’t pay them even 1p, bad customer service and more , don’t trust them guys

Hi Ibrahim, I am sorry to see you feel this way, however everything was explained to you (verbally and in writing) before you made payment of your deposit. You was informed that should you fail for bad credit, not meeting affordability criteria then your deposit would not be refundable. we gave you 3 weeks to sort it all out with the 3rd party referencing company but unfortunately you couldn't prove your income. For this reason your deposit was not refundable. We still had to pay for the service of referencing you and all the administration that went into preparing paperwork etc as well as having removed the property from the market and losing out on moving someone in for that period. In future I would suggest being truthful on providing the correct information in order to avoid situations like this.
