GoogleReally pleased with the service I received here. Aside from being really thorough, I now have peace of mind for future tenants, and I have a property occupied, paid and referenced in a matter of days. They are an honest outfit. I have a few more pounds in my pocket and a lot less headache (and I highly recommend anyone in the area to give them a call and see what they have to say - I'm thoroughly pleased with it all start to finish!)

GoogleGreat estate agents and landlords! Professional yet friendly, and easy to get in contact with who you want. The flat was freshly decorated as promised when I moved in 6 months ago and moving in transactions went smoothly. Recent maintenance problems I had with the bathroom ventilation fan were resolved the first day I was available to be at home (fan was fully replaced). They're without a doubt the best landlords and estate agents I have dealt with and I'd like to say a big thank you to them for all their help.

TrustpilotKey property consultants
The team at Key property consultants, has been great throughout the whole of my renting process, always approachable, bubbly personalities and always willing to help in any way, and always a phone call away to answer any questions you may have. Ive always been kept up to date or been given the time I might need. Couldn’t have fault any of the team. Keep it up. Many thanks for my lovely flat. K

TrustpilotThese people rip off landlords
These people rip off landlords. BE AWARE if they offer rent guarantees they are in fact getting cash incentives from councils meant for landlords and keeping for themselves. They are also not paying the full rental amounts over! I caught them out and they had to pay over all the rent and incentive they took. They are a mickey mouse outfit and don’t be fooled. Ask to see full disclosure and don’t get ripped off.

GoogleI have used Key property consultants for 5 years now. They are professional from start to finish and make the process of finding new tenants very easy. I used them for most aspects of property management as they have a great network of professional tradesmen and get things done as soon as required. Would highly recommend for both finding quality tenants and management of property.

GoogleKey Property Consultants have provided me with a superb service over the past couple of years, all of their staff are extremely professional, efficient and reliable. I used to manage my own properties but have passed all of them to Key Property as they are far more capable of managing them than I was or ever will be, I also have far less stress!

GoogleThis is an agency that is getting it right! They have provided the best possible service to me throughout, and regardless of who I dealt with each time it was all seamless, efficient with nothing being too much trouble. Their prompt attention and action was a breath of fresh air compared to my experience with other agents, I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anyone looking to rent a property.
