Professional quick service, very attentive to what I wanted, even helped me with some ideas towards doing the property to a good standard to gain highest rental potential. Put my property on the rental market and within 2 weeks had professional tenants move in with no headache. I was highly impressed with the services of Key Property Consultants (KPC) and the level of professionalism/assistance given by Ayrton and Chloe. As an end user of KPC services as a prospective tenant (now a tenant), I found their whole process to be very efficient, transparent and very user friendly! I have had a very poor recent experience as a tenant with another estate agent, but found KPC’s approach to be very positive and I would recommend them highly to any landlords or tenants in the future.

After having a sale fall through with a different agent my wife and I were in desperate need of a tenant I had Key properties help me urgently put our flat up for rent. They found someone to occupy the residence extremely quickly and no hassle on my end as they worked on everything on my behalf. I love the attention to detail and was surprised at how little I had to do. Very professional and friendly service. If I could I would give them more stars. I honestly can't recommend them enough.

Trust worthy, friendly and professional! Key Property Consultants have managed my property for a year and the services they provide are brilliant. Key Property Consultants found a suitable tenant within a week and a half for me (which other agencies struggled to achieve), they have kept my mind at ease by giving me monthly updates on my property and I will continue to recommend their services to everyone. Cannot thank this company and their amazing team enough!

From the very beginning KPC have been a cut above the rest (another agent had been advertising the property I liked and couldn't even get me into the house for a viewing) meanwhile KPC managed to get me TWO viewings and confirm a move in date within a week. Since becoming the tenant of a house managed by KPC, everything has been handled by them in a timely fashion, from repairs to modifications on the property. I would recommend forgetting about the bigger names in property sales and lettings; to focus on a company like KPC who are customer driven and always offer the best quality of service.
