GoogleIf I could give them no stars, I would !!!! COLNE BRANCH.....Awful service! No help at all they make you feel like a hindrance when you're paying them to do a service...... AWFUL!!!!! I would NEVER EVER RECOMMEND, NOT EVEN TO MY WORST ENEMY!!!! my property where up with this agency for months and nothing .... I have now changed estate agents to a highly recommend one and my property went up for sale last week and I sold it yesterday....... it just shows what a fantastic estate agency can do, unlike yourselves.NegativeResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism, Value

GoogleAll started well selling our house fixed fee £1600 using Farnworth Rose on lomeshaye solicitors included but then extra costs kept been added from solicitors and to say there was no chain from buyers of our house to the house we bought it took 16 weeks which is ridiculous considering we sold ours 4 days after been on market and our offer accepted but that been said staff always plesent can't fault them in that respect

GoogleWouldn't bother with this company lied to me and said they wasn't taking viewings untill a certain date and then rings saying the property has been viewed and let so If you don't trust liars don't bother wasting your time with this company
Good afternoon Jessica, I was concered after reading your review and have taken the time to understand exactly what happened. I have reviewd all our communication and recorded calls to ensure I have all the information. The property you recently showed an interset in had a tenant in situ and for that reason there was a short delay in opening our viewings. However, I can see that once viewings were opened we called all clients who had expressed an interest in chronological order, this included you and your viewing was scheduled. Please note that when we advertise a property to let we are acting for a property owner who is the decision maker. In this case a client who had expressed an interest earlier than you and viewed the property made an offer that the property owner accepted. I understand that demand for rental properties is very high and finding the right property can be a very stressful process. However, I don't agree that you have been lied to. I hope that we can assist you with your ongoing or future search.

I was kept informed of the progress of the sale of the property on a daily basis. I would highly recommend this Estate Agency.
