I recently sold my property through Petty Real Estate Agents. The service that was provided by Petty’s was to an exceptionally high standard and professionalism. A special thank you to Anita and Gina who kept me fully informed throughout the whole process from start to finish. I always had a quick response back to any emails or phone calls I made to them but rarely I ever needed to make them as they were always quick to inform me first. The communication is great which is very important in selling your property. I was given the best advice when marketing my property and achieved the price which I was hoping for. I can honestly say Petty’s are the best estate agents around and would definitely recommend if you’re looking to selling your property as you won’t be disappointed. Thank you to all the staff at Petty’s for everything you have done, much appreciated!

I recently sold my late Mother’s house through Petty's. I live in the USA so a very challenging situation. It was a long drawn out affair with Probate etc. I was very impressed with the way both Anita & Gina handled everything. There were several setbacks, which were not the fault of Pettys. Both ladies worked diligently and went above and beyond to make sure a sale was made & at a fair price. Anita and Gina always kept me fully informed and offered unbiased advice. Their response time was always immediate, which I found very reassuring. This day and age people tend to not respond at all, especially to an overseas number! Petty's were ‘Exceptional’ and I am so very glad I chose them to represent me. Bonus: go visit the office dog ‘Bruce’, he’s a beauty. 💙

From start to finish I can’t fault Anita and her team at the colne office. Any queries or concerns i had were always dealt with as swiftly as possible, any questions about the whole process were answered and i was never made to feel like an annoyance when contacting them. I am one of Petty's Landlords, for whom they manage a property. Over the last few months, I have had a number of dealings with Leah Worrell, one of their property managers. In all of these, Leah has been organised, competent and efficient. She has gone out her way to make sure that such repairs as need to be done repairs have been carried out on my property have been carried out. Petty by name Petty by nature. The director is a great bloke. The underlings are where the problem lies. If you have any problems with their service and lack of knowledge they treat you worse than something that they found on their shoe. On the market on the Monday taken off on the Wednesday is this a record. I hope that my experience will help make a change that seems to be needed.
