GoogleVery impressed with everything so far from TY. Initially we engaged them to sell our house, which they marketed extremely efficiently and found us a buyer within just a couple of weeks. Sadly, that deal fell through - no fault of TY's - and we decided to rent the house out. Again, TY quickly arranged viewings and had us lined up with a number of suitable tenants within the week. After selecting the tenants, we were impressed with the speed, thorughness and efficiency of TY's making all the necessary arrangements for them to move in on the required date. Communication with them is always quick, clear and comprehensive. They do what they say will do, and they do it speedily and accurately. They even went the extra mile of paying some top-up bills so that the lapsed utility services could be restored. Nothing seems to be too much trouble for them. I thoroughly recommend them.
