Brad, Jess and Christie recently sold our family home, over the years we have had many local estate agents out for valuations but Brad was by far the most enthusiastic and helpful, immediately we knew we wouldn’t want to use anyone else. They made the whole process easy for us with communication being at the forefront. The videos and music had a much more modern feel and the use of social media to promote our property. If you’re looking for a seamless house move, Thompson Young is the estate agent for you. My partner and I spoke to many estate agents within the local area when looking to put our home property on the market. We chose Thompson Young over other Penarth estate agents for a various reasons but most notably main their professional yet warm friendly approach. This did not change throughout the entire process of our move, they were easily contactable, they chased solicitors for us and always kept us in the loop. Estate agents often get a bad name and do understand this however i was compelled to write this as Brad and his team have been absolutely amazing from start to finish of the whole process of buying a house.
