TrustpilotAccess denied: Wrong Keys
I booked a viewing of a property at Auchinleck, East Ayrshire at 2pm on Wednesday 9th February. Estate agent appeared five minutes late with the wrong keys; access to the property was not possible. The person blamed a colleague for giving her the wrong keys. Performance of Allen and Harris deemed unprofessional. One star rating not deserved.

GoogleGood company. Especially Lisa who was courteous and helpful all the way through the letting business. Would recommend

GoogleVery good experience using Allen and Harris in Penarth to let out a property. Both Lisa and Millie worked hard to find new tenants and then organise contractors when maintenance work was required. I was kept up to date with progress throughout and everything was done efficiently and professionally. Would highly recommend to anyone letting out a property.

GoogleThe process of moving and finding a new place to live is tedious and long-winded, however, it was a breath of fresh air going through the process with Allen & Harris, it was quick and painless.

GoogleTry getting a price to sell your property off them in plain English full of jargon that you don't understand. Financial Duck Turpins!

TrustpilotVery unprofessional
Very unprofessional. I strongly suspect they sold their clients' ID information. Do not trust them with any ID documents and avoid at all costs!

TrustpilotTerrible company
Terrible company, refusing to organise viewings because we refuse to register with full details, no estate agent is a member of any professional governing body, so why trust them with your personal data, i asked them to sign an NDA agreement, they refused to sign, knowing this, i now know they would sell and abuse my personal infromation, Avoid!!

GoogleHad a fantastic experience with both Millie and Lisa. As a first time landlord they helped in every aspect. Not only that, they sourced several prospective tenants and found the right one on the 1st day of viewings. A great experience and would highly recommend them. A great asset to the company.

GoogleFantastic agency - Lisa and Charlotte are especially wonderful and helpful and so accommodating. Always so pleasant and fun but totally get the job done! They look after their tenants and landlords alike as they should do and already secured wonderful tenants in one of my 3 properties already in no time at all - thank you!
