GoogleI rented a property through ACJ in November, i found them very helpful and friendly throughout the process. I had a minor maintenance issue at the beginning which was resolved very quickly and professionally. I work for ACJ part time. I would have no reservations to recommend ACJ in the future.

GoogleACJ himself is vermin, and his staff incompetent at best. They can't be trusted to do anything right. Their mistakes with my tenancies have cost me thousands yet the owner wouldn't reimburse me as I didn't check their work.NegativeQuality, Professionalism, Value

GoogleAs a Landlord I have found ACJ Properties to be unprofessional and incompetent. It has been a very expensive mistake going with them and I will NOT be using their services EVER AGAIN! In addition, they are incredibly expensive! Would NOT recommend AT ALL!

GoogleTENTANTS!! Be sure to take pictures of the property you are renting on the day you move in, we were unfairly billed for damages that were already at the property. They withheld £80.00 of our deposit. Would not recommend renting a property from ACJ.

GoogleSue and Jodie dealt with quite a complex sale on our behalf, we were kept up to date through out the whole process. The whole team are highly professional, especially when compared to other high Street estate agents. Thanks both!

GoogleI've used ACJ for selling and renting properties and they are very professional in their approach. What I really like is that fact that they always keep you up to date with the progress of the sale of the property.

GoogleThe worst estate agents in Penarth, I took my property portfolio to another managing agent and since then, major improvements are seen. A joke.
