GoogleThe staff here are really helpful and friendly. I booked a viewing online with Alison, and she arranged viewing the next day and helped us pull the deal on the same day. She’s really responsive and answered every single question. Would definitely recommend them if you’re looking to rent a place in the area.

GoogleThe worst agency in Cardiff and the worst agency we ever dealt with!! 1 yr ago we rented a property of acj in penarth apartment 1 the ancorage , we had a lots of problems in that property, 2 times we had a heavy leak it was so bad that we had to stay in the hotels because they didn't solve the problem. The car park as they said it was fully monitored with cctv cameras and I ended up with my car getting scratched and they didn't do nothing about it they couldn't even get hold of the cameras to see what happened who done it , I had to take money out from my own pocket after Me and my partner we were paying for fully security car park. The staff are very unprofessional and rude. The landlady was very selfish and changed us for the carpet being damaged by the water.

GoogleI have nothing but positive things to say about ACJ, from the moment I came into their office 4 years ago looking for a professional let, all the way through to the end of the tenancy last week. Problems (there were very few) were dealt with very speedily, efficiently and professionally. They are also nothing but open, honest and reasonable about their charges and in their communications - lessons many Cardiff letting agents could learn. It truly was a pleasure to live in a property managed by ACJ!

GoogleJust left a property that was my first rental and a daunting experience at the time of moving, but the team were great and made it a pleasant transition. I’m sure I asked a ton of stupid questions at the time whilst preparing and getting everything together but it never felt like I was inconveniencing anyone and the responses were always helpful and polite from anyone I came into contact with at the office. Over the two years there were a small number of basic day to day maintenance issues which were always dealt with really quickly by a really friendly engineer. As the tenancy draws to a close they have been really helpful in keeping in regular contact and basically giving me a point of contact as we bring things to a close. It’s been a help having a go to person that’s there with any concerns and responds promptly. Huge help too with extending the tenancy slightly at the last minute to help make our moveout more manageable and far less stressful. Very thankful that my first experience was such a positive one and I can’t thank the team enough for that.

GoogleI have been a tenant with ACJ since 2009 and I have always found them to be most professional, helpful and friendly. Whenever I had a query or a maintenance issue it was dealt with in a timely manner by both the ACJ staff and the various engineers. The engineers themselves were always efficient and friendly, they also offered advice where necessary. My landlord was marvellous and always answered my queries quickly and fairly. I wouldn’t hesitate in recommending ACJ to anyone in the future.

GoogleExcellent support recently from all the staff at acj lettings. I needed a quick refurb of my apartment in Cardiff Bay and they were able to recommend a decorator, carpenter and carpet shop all of whom pulled out all the stops to help. Great team of people at acj, so many thanks to you all.

GoogleWas really interested in a flat to rent and greatly expressed this. Had a conversation via email with Jason. He said nobody was allowed in the property due to Covid but he would let us know when we would be able to proceed. Jason never came back to us and next thing we know is the flat has been let. I met Alison on the viewing, she was very friendly and knowledgeable about the property / area. Would recommend if looking for a rental property.

GoogleSlow and don't care about their tenants. My balcony door broke through wear and tear whilst renting an appartment in a top floor flat. Took 3 months for them to replace and in that time the broken balcony door was just nailed shut as if that's safe. When I complained they described it as "unfortunate" and my concerns over a blocked fire escape as "hypothetical". They will take your money, without a care for tenants safety.
