We didn't have the smoothest of experiences with house moving with the whole experience taking nearly 8 months but this was not due to Starkings and Watson. Every problem that arose Steve and the team dealt with promptly and professionally and kept us calm throughout the whole process. We were extremely lucky to have a relaxed seller but the experience was made a lot easier through the support of the team.
I believe this could have been a much more stressful experience without the professionalism of Steve and the team.

GoogleThroughout the whole purchasing process the staff were friendly, helpful and informative. I would particularly like to recommend Jake Wellman, Steve Cox and Coren Pollard.
During the viewing process Jake was a huge help. He was super flexible with timings and availability and on the first viewing day he had a huge amount of patience taking us around the town with back to back viewings for most of the day. He was always quick to respond and organised the other viewings for us.
During the second viewing day we had the pleasure of meeting Steve (Branch Manager) who took us to the other viewings. Once we had decided on a home to put an offer on he facilitated the initial processes between us and the seller, organised access to the property for the building and asbestos surveys and kept me regularly updated.
Coren (Sales Progressor) was a huge help in facilitating further negotiations between myself and the seller towards the end of the process.
Overall the Starking &Watson Diss branch Team were amazing and made what is a very stressful process run smoothly. They are very efficient and the process from Offer to Completion took less than 3 months.

The personal service provided by Steve and his team was second to none. We received a weekly telephone call from Jake giving positive advice and feedback on the market activity and interest created in our property. This was then followed up with an email for our reference. Once our house was sold subject to contract we were then introduced to Will, the dedicated sales progressor on the team who monitored, and at times chased, the sales chain to make sure every stage from sale to completion went smoothly. The professionalism, approachability, friendliness and human approach throughout the whole experience has been second to none. Brian and I cannot thank them enough for their encouragement and support throughout what is known to be one of the most stressful experiences in life. It certainly was the opposite for us. Whether you are buying your first home, moving up the property ladder or downsizing we would definitely recommend Starkings and Watson to help you on that journey.
