GoogleStarlings and Watson..What a fabulous estate agent..Over a 6 month period they kept me informed regularly, reducing stress and worry. Thanks to them I am in my forever home with no last minute bartering..Steve the viewing agent was lovely, going out of his way to show us the property on a number of occasions..Will constantly checked on the chain..They really did look after us. Big love to the S&W team.

GoogleTo anyone looking to move to beautiful Diss! We decided to leave hectic London and move to peaceful Diss. We looked at many houses with 5 agents, luckily we met Steve from Starkings & Watson Hybrid Estate Agents Diss. From walking in the door of our new home we was told all about it by Steve. It was a great day and he even suggested a few things to consider doing in the house. He left us alone with no pressure at all. We decided to buy the house and it was a easy and pleasant time working with Steve, Melissa & Charlie. I would recommend them and I would use them without hesitation on another purchase! But unlikely as we love our home. Call the Diss office and ask for Steve :))))

GoogleWe want to give Steve from Diss office a massive 👍. He has helped us sell our house and supported us all the way. He has an extremely approachable, friendly manner and goes that extra mile in the unsettling process of selling your home. Also Caroline progressed our sale well and was organised, efficient and communicative and we feel they are a both a great asset to Starkins and Watson. Having dealt with different estate agents through the buying and selling process we think starkins and Watson are very professional in what they do.

GoogleFrom start to finish we have been extremely happy with the service provided by Starkings and Watson. We had Dominic visit our house to undertake the valuation and he turned up fully prepared with a wealth of information and told us everything we needed to know. From then on we knew they were the right agents for us. We had Steve take over from there and he was always helpful when it came to interest and was easy to talk to. Once the sale was processed our file then went onto Will who continued the good impressions by always keeping us informed of progress and chasing whenever we asked for updates. Would certainly highly recommend.
