Very pleased with Starkings & Watson. Steve, proved to be an effective communicator, we were kept up to date on viewings & progress. The standard of marketing was far superior to another local Estate Agent, this helped in more viewings. Will, the sales Progressor kept us informed once the sale had been agreed, through to sale. All in all, a great experience & I would highly recommend them!

Steve Watson at Starkings and Watson's Diss Office helped us to obtain considerable interest and an eventual buyer for our unique property on the outskirts of Diss. The price achieved was at 5 per cent higher than the recommended offer price suggested by another established agent in the area, who also charged higher fees. Communication during the sales process was regular and helpful. Will Crawford helped with the sales completion process and made an important intervention to ensure exchange took place before the respective sets of lawyers involved in conveyancing closed for Christmas. All in all very happy with the service received.

Starkings & Watson are the total opposite of what you perceive an estate agency to be, the whole experience with them was excellent from start to finish. We had three agencies came out to value, two made an aggressive sales pitch which immediately put us off. When Dominic came out to value he was professional friendly and non aggressive, he made suggestions & was more realistic & didn’t make any big claims, he was clear about what we could expect from them all of which was carried out. Steve & Jake in the Diss office were always on hand, Steve followed through without fail on everything he said he would do, he stayed in regular contact even if there was nothing to report he was there as was Jake. After an offer had been accepted we were then put in the capable hands of Will who stayed in contact throughout advising us of how the sale was progressing through to completion. We can’t thank you enough for the help advice & seamless sale of our property. I would highly recommend Starkings & Watson & would say we are in no way connected to them just very happy with the service provided.

Fantastic!!! I can't thank the Team at Starkings and Watson Diss branch enough for their incredible service in selling my late mother's property. When some of the other "big" names in the town offered to do a valuation "within the next 3-4 weeks" Steve offered his team to provide a valuation within a matter of days and so they got the business. Within 5 days of listing Dominic had managed to get 5 confirmed viewings - one of which ended up being the buyer. All through the process, the communication was first rate with Will and Steve keeping me up to date and sourcing the necessary information to progress the sale. Can't recommend them highly enough!

We would like to say a very big thank you to Steve Cox our agent located in the Diss office for Starkings & Watson. He was always positive he would get our sale in Palgrave over the line in the end. We had several unknown obstacles which we encountered during the sale process outside of our control but Steve was never deterred. When we were about to give up the sale of our property, Steve pulled a rabbit out of the hat and found us a buyer which resulted in our sale getting over the line.
