GoogleI had to write a review to commend Ben Stream for his role in a recent land deal. He became involved at late notice, but quickly understood its nuances and was able to successfully manage the process to exchange. Ben's communication was excellent throughout, and I wouldn't hesitate in partnering with their land and new homes department again.

GoogleMet Ericson and team today. As a valuer I am always popping in to agents to obtain comparable evidence for mortgage valuations. Ericson was really helpful and was insightful on current market activity and pricing. Knows his stuff. He even dealt with me whilst there was a team meeting ongoing within the office. Silver service.

GoogleI kid you not.. Jonathan Pinhorne has personally sent more than 10 letters through since our house has been on the market asking for our business (it's been on the market only a few months).. Guy doesn't take a hint. Clearly keeping companies like Dunder Mifflin in business. Big thumbs down.

GoogleThe Worst Ever Estate Agent for lettings. Nobody at the Office will deal with you, they sub-let out everything, and you have to work in the Cloud with for credit checks, maintenance, etc. I left my flat 4 weeks ago in perfect condition and they still are finding excuses not to refund me, they refused to come and meet me in the flat and confirm it was left in good condition.
We are very disappointed to read your review as we can see that there was plenty of communication during your tenancy by both telephone and email. We are not sure why you think we sub let properties but this is most certainly not something that we do. We can see that you sent some quite threatening correspondence about your deposit being returned both before and after your tenancy ended. We did attend your property for a full check out at 2.15pm on the tenancy end date and after receiving your landlords instructions, the TDS scheme who hold your deposit have been authorised to refund it to you. You have been provided details on how to claim it from them but as we do not hold the money we can’t refund it to you directly. The entire process has been in accordance the government approved scheme rules. We have resent the instructions to you on how to submit your bank details for the refund by email as you are not picking up our calls.

GoogleAwesome Team !! The team at Charters have been great. Our house sold in 2.5 days and when it fell through 10 weeks in through no fault of theirs, the team sprang into action again - and I have no doubt it will sell quickly again. A special mention has to go to Lisa, who chases through the sales to exchange and completion and is one of the most professional and helpful people I have encountered. Handling the back & forth between buyer and seller cannot be easy. But Lisa manages it with good humour and obvious dedication to getting the job done in the right way.

GoogleBad experience with Charter. It is really fast when taking your money then everything slows down tremendously. They don’t deserve any point at all from my point of view. Use other agency next time I search for property either letting or buying.

From the start they filled us with confidence, from the initial meeting with Simon, then subsequent meeting and calls with Aidan and Erikson who did all the viewings - always kept us informed and guided us through the process.
