FacebookI was very apprehensive when harcourt were bought by beals estate agent. Worried that the excellent service wouldn’t continue. How was I wrong!! Dawn and Alan have both been extremely helpful on several occasions.Today I called in regards to my cooker not working, it was fixed within 2 hours of this call! Excellent service. Always a speedy turn around time on any issues. Thank you!!

I wish I could give 0 stars for this company. We were shown a property to let. We told her we love the property and would like to secure it. She advised us to send her an email as she wasn’t going back to the office until Monday. We did exactly what she advised and followed it with a telephone call. Her colleague told us she was busy and she would call when she’s done. She never called. Called again, same message from her colleague. The day ended with no call back. Called the following day and was told she was off work. Called the Wednesday and was told again that she was busy and would call back. I called back later, please note she had not acknowledged the email we sent on Saturday at this point. When I called, I was told she is on her lunch break. At this point I asked what was going on and her colleague told me that the property has been let to someone else. I suspect we didn’t get it because of our ethnicity. I couldn’t think of no other reason because she told us on the day we viewed, that no interest has been expressed. If you are from a minority group avoid Beals Estate Agents.

I had the best experience with Jasmin ,the amount of effort and time she put into walking us through the process is unbelievable, from the point of viewing the apartment to when I was handed the keys, she was so professional in her dealings. Thankyou to Zoe Cook!!An incredible asset to your team, we spoke to her about our landlord selling and the desperation of needing to find a property ASAP not wanting to move out of the area due to young children in school.One of the properties we were interested in we couldn’t go to the open evening so Zoe kindly did a small video tour for us and sent it once the viewings had taken place.She has been incredibly patient and helpful with all of our questions along the way and been super responsive even over the bank holiday weekend!We cannot thank you enough for making such a stressful and emotional time more relaxed and slightly less stressful!We look forward to being tenants with Beals.

wow James, Chloe and Hollie are the best agents that I have ever dealt with. james took my house on, had both girls do the viewings within 2 days the property has been sold and it does not stop there james knew what sort of property that I wanted to move to, in 3 days james found the perfect home amazing crew and company . if any one is reading this and wants a first class service call them you will not be disappoint.

Ive been dealing with Beals for over a year now, they look after my portfolio and the service is the best I've ever received from an agent. The stand out individual for me is Mollie-Mae who is responsive, gets things right first time, takes responsibility & accountability for things, uses pragmatism & initiative to get resolutions and looks after my interests which I really value. Clare has also been excellent with rent reconciliations, I'd highly recommend.

If you have a mental disabilities do not bother to rent through this company. Last last half of my tenancy I have been so extremely discriminated against regarding my disabilities and on numerous occasions the staff have implied that I am an idiot and have tried to force me into allowing entry into my home whilst I am not here disput my disabilities.

Adriana and her team managed to achieve the best price for me to let my flat. Being a first time hand at this I was unsure what to do and every stage was explained to a high level of detail. It left me feeling confident that if something was to go wrong it would be resolved by Beals with little impact to myself. Would highly recommend.
