A special thanks to Jorgia Tye and Brett Colman at the Chandler’s Ford branch. Although the process of our sale is currently in its final stages, I wanted to leave this review to highlight the quite simply wonderful support, professionalism and very clear work ethic that has been given to us. All of the team have been friendly and willing to help whenever necessary. Jorgia’s kind and caring approach, along with willing to go above and beyond has meant a lot to us. Our appreciation must also be given to Brett, whose knowledge and dedication helped guide us throughout this process.

We found Sarah and her staff in the Alton office extremely professional, understanding and helpful at all stages of the selling process. I would highly recommend them to anyone selling in the area. They have a wealth of knowledge on all things property and even advised on renting out if we needed to and price reductions. The office is well organised. Update 27th August 2024 - Back to one star, again a letting sign has been left to rot at the same property for weeks on end. What is wrong with collecting your signs up. It's very stupid making the estate look like a tip as property prices drop and guess what - so does your commission on sales. Original Review: Wrote an online email to Beals Park Gate to come and remove a "To Let" sign left behind a dustbin over the road from where I live in Badgers Copse. That was at least 4 weeks ago and it's still there making the place look a mess. Something like this which is so simple to rectify - i.e. phone the guy that puts up the signs to collect it would be the obvious thing to do. But no - they ignored a system email and made a local never likely to use them ever. No doubt this will make them do something - the sign is on the right hand side of Badgers Copse when you enter from Telford Way - not the last house but the one before. Update: 29th Sept 2023. The sign has been removed after all this time so I've amended the 1 star to 3. Respectfully suggest that you remove signs within sensible time and not leave them laying around - 2 weeks after sale or letting would be sensible!

We purchased a house through Beals and Lauren was our main point of contact - from the first viewing through to the completion, Lauren was excellent. She was great at communication, arranged several viewings for us and kept us in the loop throughout the whole process. Lauren even went above and beyond at a viewing to help locate a water stopcock and wasn’t afraid of getting dirty! Rented a flat through Beals.I saw a 2 bedroom flat I wanted to rent after just coming out of a divorce, I went into Beals and spoke with Lucy Watt who I cannot recommend enough. Realistic, Honest & get the job done

Carly was my first point of contact, She came round, Looked around briefly & listened. She was friendly, approachable, informative and helpful, most importantly not pushy just knowledgable and gave options for what we wanted to achieve. We were not ready initially and she again, listened and didn't over contact! When we decided to go with Beals, Carly came round and again, being very experienced, was not pushy but listened, questioned & gave options allowing us to make the decision we felt happy with. I then also dealt with Jade who dealt with the viewings - which came thick and fast! Communication was great and We had an offer after just 5 viewings in less than 1 week. We acheived a decent price and I couldn't be happier with the service so far. I would absolutely reccommend Beals to anyone!

During this time the Sales Manager and her assistant regularly kept in touch with us, were always available to take our calls or were happy to chat if we popped into the office. Our previous Letting Agent had our rental property on their books for months with hardly a viewing and I was getting very concerned about finding new tenants to cover our financial outgoings. Within a matter of days of switching to Anstey (now Beal's) we had several viewings lined up and a couple of weeks after that a signed contract for the next rental year. We were relieved and grateful to Rhys and his team for making this process quick, easy and painless and we're happy to say all subsequent dealings with them have been exactly the same!
