Very professional service. They helped so much when selling our property. We had many viewings and had a buyer within weeks. They help so much with our buyers solicitors, which was a bit of a nightmare for them, but they worked continuously to get the sale completed. Great estate agent would definitely recommend them. The Pangbourne office of Davis Tate have sold 3 properties for me in the last 12 months and the service I have received from Richard and James and Sarah and Samantha has been nothing short of exemplary. I am a commercial property agent so my expectations of another agent are extremely high, and Im probably quite an exacting client to work with, but they exceeded my standards! They communicated very effectively and efficiently, which is so important but most importantly they were incredibly diligent in monitoring and chasing 'the chain' to ensure that it eventually exchanged. So they are very highly recommended by me!

If it wasn't for James then I don't know how I would've coped with the whole selling & buying process! Fantastic customer

I bought my property through Davis Tate and am now renting it out through Davis Tate. My experience of every single member of the team and also the extended companies they employ has been exemplary. Nothing is ever too much trouble and they genuinely seem to understand how attached one can become to your property. I had an issue with the tenant when I managed my rental property and they only collected the rent, but they were immensely supportive and helpful when they weren't obliged to be. I am now having Davis Tate fully manage my property and would wholeheartedly recommend that if you are in two minds whether or not to self manage in a word “don't”, let Davis Tate deal with it. They are hugely professional and efficient and worth every penny. Sarah Wilson is also superb. She is very wise and thoughtful and an excellent negotiator. I will sell my house through Davis Tate and hope I will be able to buy my ultimate dream home through them.

Buying a new

It was our first time buying and selling. James was our vedors' estate agent and he was absolutely brilliant. Communication was fantastic through out the whole process. James was very proactive and really helped us drive things through (much more than our own estate agent). He was very knowledgeable about the whole process and made lots of helpful suggestions and helped us problem solve at different stages. We're hoping to stay put for a while now, but if we were to sell again, I would choose Davis Tate based on James' service and I've been recommending him to friends and family that are considering moving. I mosty dealt the James, but other members of staff I happened to speak to at Davis Tate were always very helpful and provided great customer service too.

Top notch experience-

It all started with an online search where I came across a property that was of interest and then an online chat with the customer service representative at around 11pm. He was really helpful in redirecting me to Davistate. Next morning I got a follow up call and the options that were given to me by the staff met my expectation and search criteria. Sarah took over and booked us in really quick. The transition was so smooth that it didn't bother me to reach out to any other agency as a second choice. Out of the 2 properties that we had viewed through Davistate we confirmed 1, followed up with the reservation & reference procedures and finally the contract. In a nut shell, from my previous experience with different agencies, the most I liked about Davistate was that they care about you as a client and give you the best options that are available. I should thank Sarah and her team for making it possible for us to get a really nice and clean property and we wish Davistate a continued success in meeting clients expectations in future too.

Our property purchase couldn't have gone more smoothly. Being first time buyers we had a very vague idea about the buying process, but Davistate guys have been there all the time, to assist and advise us respectively. My Mum has recently exchanged

My Mum has recently exchanged contracts on her new house, and the sale of her existing one, and was in a chain of six. The period leading up to exchange was very long and tortuous, and throughout the process Cherry was super-efficient at chasing other agents, conveyancers and the developer at the top of the chain. Cherry was a delight to deal with, and even when things became fraught, she remained calm, diligent and even retained her sense of humour. I have no doubt that exchange still wouldn't have taken place had Cherry not been working on the process.

As the buyer of a property they were marketing, I found Davis Tate to be first class. In particular Cherry Burgess regularly goes out of her way to provide a first class service. there were a few occasions when things were not going smoothly or fast enough to meet the needs of my buyers and it was always Cherry who would intervene and find a way to move things forward.
