From start to finish everything was smooth and professional. I personally dealt with Finlay Wright and he could not have done anything else we asked, all viewing times were perfect. There were no issues when we had to contact multiple times and we had full confidence in him. He was very helpful over the phone and in the emails as we were a little clueless to start but he got us on the right track and sorted viewings for us, also answered a few questions we had about the market and mortgages which helped us a lot. I am a buy to let landlord and have dealt with several estate agents over the last 10 years and I must admit that Kellie and Alex at Slater Hogg have been wonderful through out the property's journey from the time it became vacant to being let. I firstly went for a viewing with Kellie, the property I seen wasn’t for me but she was super helpful and let me know of other property’s she thought would be a good fit. Absolute rubbish! Contact them on the 9th of September about an upcoming flat to rent in Paisley, spoke to Scott Dickie who told me that it was to early to arrange a viewing as the property was currently occupied and that they would contact me closer to the date advertised. After 5 weeks had heard nothing, contacted Scott again for for a further enquiry only to be told the flat had been reserved for someone else and that I was 11th on the viewing list....news to me sir! Would be great if you just admit that you had forgotten I'd spoken to you about it the day it came on to the market, so on that note communication with customers could be an area to work on. Would not recommend at all , my search for a property goes on.
