Really nice attention from Scott and Ciaran. I live abroad and requested a full management for the property. They have taken care of everything. I just had to follow their guidelines in some minor aspects, and they toke care of the rest, including useful advice. The flat was rented in just a few days. I really recommend them. I am updating the review, as I recently decided to entrust my second property to this outstanding team. This time, Olivia and Valerie managed the rental process with professionalism and care, while Scott, as always, was incredibly supportive. Another letting agent in Paisley had failed to rent out our property 7 weeks after receiving the keys. I called Valerie at Slater Hogg and Howison on the Friday and arranged a meeting with Scott at the house on the Monday and we agreed on a more realistic price in comparison to other, similar properties. It went live on Rightmove and Zoopla websites on Wednesday at close of day and by Thursday morning there were three separate viewings and the new tenant is moving in on Wednesday .so..the whole process took less than two weeks! I assumed that SHH would charge more commission but they met the price I had with the other letting agent.. What more can I say ..
