Can't recommend Ryan and Scott high enough. Ryan was amazing and worked really hard to get me into my new rental property fast. My flat was posted and managed by Kellie N. Her work is efficient and always done to a very high standard and in a timely manor. She was great at explaining the process. Kellie was a pleasure to work with, making sure I understood and answered any questions I had. She was honest throughout the process and made sure everything was clear and concise. I had a terriable experiance with another letting agency who have put my guard up as a landlord . However Maddie is absolutely outstanding at her job and has helped ease this . Recently used the Paisley branch of Slater Hogg to sell my Grandmothers house. From start to finish the service I received from Eilidh was first class. Totally professional, constantly kept me in the loop and was always on hand to answer any questions. The interest Eilidh generated for the house was incredible, so much so that it went to a closing date and sold for considerably over my expectations. I could not be happier with Slater Hogg & Howison. I have been engaging with several letting agencies in the last 5 years, and definitely they are 5 stars. I had an amazing experience with Maddie and Scott. From the enquiry to getting the keys, I had all the help I needed, they were friendly, attentive and concerned to make sure I was having a smooth process. Other agencies usually letme down, and for being an immigrant, I always get the worst treatment. It doesn't happen with Slater Hogg & Howison. I was already disheartened with such bad experiences, and they made my day and week way better and positive. Now, I am excited and happy in my new home. Honestly would give zero stars if I could. This place was not very helpful at all. Zero contact from them - I don't think that we received a single update in the whole 2 weeks we were dealing with them without having to spend hours ringing to get through ourselves. A waste of our time. Please learn to answer your phones or at least have an answering machine to tell people when you will or won’t be able to be contacted. DO NOT USE THIS ESTATE AGENT (unless you like being ignored and put on the back burner).

I recently relocated from London to Glasgow and first called them up when in London and spoke to the branch manager Scott who was so helpful and took down my details and preferences to aid my search for a flat. When i arrived at the branch he knew what type of flat i was looking for the area which would best suit me. He recommended one to view that same day. Since then i have never looked back. Sent an email enquiry about letting out my property and received a phone call within a few hours. They arranged for someone to come out to see the property and discuss all the aspects of letting with us. Kellie came out within a few days and was very friendly and informative.
