GoogleJust moved over from America and they were very friendly and helped me start to finish. Was a bit worried with such a big transition but they explained all the little differences in detail. I had contacted them before I moved over and by the 3rd day in Scotland I was already moved in. Couldn't be happier.

Very disappointing experience letting a flat with belvoir. Extremely rude staff. Faced mental harassment for the two years we lived in the property. Feel sorry for the landlord as they never got correct communication from belvoir. We felt extremely vulnerable and harassed. We have lodged in formal complaint. Be careful both tenants and landlords before using them. Never recommend them!!!!!!!

GoogleWe have been letting our property through Denise and her Team for over a year now. We have a full management service which is brilliant, and as managing agents they have proved to be 100% reliable and efficient. The Team are always very approachable and helpful. I have no hesitation in recommending them to any other Landlords.

Faced extreme mental harassment in the period we were letting a property with them. Please people if you want to stay safe stay away from them !!!!!! Careful!!

No help from them what so ever when the boiler broke down. Dampness in the cupboards has not been fixed despite several inquiries taps in the property are leaking badly shower in the bathroom dose not turn of so you need to turn it of at the mains overall the property needs overhauled and letting agents need sacked
